    A perfect image from the hubble telescope is no comparison to finding the object in the sky and seeing it with your own 2 eyes. Don't get me wrong, I love to look at the high color, detailed images of astronomical objects, but you will never really experience the objects.

    what would be real news is if Kodak were to stop producing film.

    The way their buildings are closing down around here kinda make me wonder. I think they are trying to focus on what they do best(film), while they develop new technology(digital).

    Not pointing my finger at either one of you but here's a fact. No nation is innocent of atrocity. It seems to be part of our human nature. It has been going on since early recorded history and unfortunately, doesn't show any signs of letting up.

    How did you come up with that deduction? IE6 is the only f'd up browser I tested. All other browsers display the proper URL.

    Big render farms are a small portion of the market. The web is still just a playground for most. MOST companies do "real" business like...

    Paying their employees

    Purchasing and procurement

    Decision support services

    Marketing, planning and data analysis

    Selling their products

    etc...

    For these types of services, companies need the stability and support of the commercial unices, and they are willing to pay for it.
