    I am spoiled by BluRay. It's worlds better, and no cable or satellite system which only allocates a few mbits is doing to ever match it. That includes U-Verse.

    I used Vista for a while. I didn't experience any crash, as far as I recall.

    Yeah I had it running in a VM on an old Sempron 2800, it ran snappy enough to use with no real problems to speak of for day to day tasks... But there was nothing compelling there. Why tax my components further than necessary especially when there is no gain to be had? Granted DirectX 10/11 will eventually become relevant...

    Yeah using a renewable and easily managed resource is obviously a terrible idea... Wait, no it's a fantastic idea, I grew up surrounded by a managed forest and while it may stunt growth in the short term the fact is it left us with countryside to be proud of and long term economic activities, especially when you read of developments such as this.

    That's right and responsible energy use is for adults. I like to see things like this, and as some might decry the amount of involvement one must provide to effectively commit to a project along similar lines. Though I personally think people (especially in the U.S.) could really benefit from having to be more involved in the production and usage of the energy they consume.
