    I agree, I did not see that the gasifier could produce enough energy to power itself. If it could eventually power itself, then you would still need to give it an initial additional energy source, perhaps another gasifier. Yes, that's it, you simply need a large chain (or grid ;) ) of gasifiers. That and you need to ignore the laws of thermodynamics.

    There are emulators for everything from Atari to N64. I have patience, I'll just wait for a computer that can easily emulate a 64 bit game/graphics processor and someone else to extract the ROM.

    BBS's were also my first introduction to prOn. A 33K, unpreviewed photo might take 20 minutes to download with my 2400 baud. A lot has changed since then as I no longer live in my parent's basement (I was 17, no really).

    I spent hours with Commander Keen and Duke Nukem, sans any real graphic engine. Some of those SysOps were grumpy, but it promoted good sharing ethics unlike some p2p patrons that take take take.

    While the Simpsons' creators, Groening, et al., are not scared to produce a really bad episode, the good episodes they have produced are far better than Futurama. Personnaly I enjoy both, they're practically identical. Now if only they could get Conan to write some Futurama episodes...

    I agree, the cars that get lousy mileage typically weigh in excess of 2 tons. The hybrids I've seen, weigh considerably less. The Honda Insight's curb weight is 1967 lbs. The Toyota Prius' is 2,765 lbs. Obviously a 1 ton (chasis) pickup is going to do more damage to a road than a rice burning 2-door. Hmmm... Maybe obese people should pay more too. Tunnels for free!
