I don't know anything about Datagram, but there are legitimate reasons to have a DC in lower Manhattan... For instance, for latency-limited high-frequency trading operations.
Right now the launches are still few and far between, and there's no hurry, so I say why not leave it docked with the ISS for a couple months? It can serve as a backup lifeboat in the event of a disaster on the ISS. I know it's not man-rated yet but if the choice is between breathing vacuum and using the Dragon, I'd jump into the Dragon in a heartbeat.
The lack of seats or restraints would affect the surviveablity of splashdown.
If I don't "tailgate" while commuting to/from work on the Interstate someone will simply change lanes in front of me and magically I'll be tailgating again.
The iPhone 5 *is* a reasonably compelling upgrade for anybody still holding onto a 3+ year old iPhone 3GS/3G, and it's a fairly solid upgrade over the 2 year old iPhone 4 in terms of performance, as well.
My unlocked iPhone 3GS is not even 2 years old yet and has plenty of life left in it.
VLC was banned from the app store due to GPL violations/incompatabilities
Apple has no problem with open source apps on their store.
The reason VLC was pulled was because one of the contributors to the main code base (who also works for a rival phone company) complained to Apple which resulted in the app being pulled.
Bingo. It probably is just an excuse to make more money.
Personally, I can't stand ANY multiplayer games. Not sure exactly why, I guess I prefer to compete against fixed challenges and at my own pace. I am probably in the minority, but I certainly can't be alone.
You don't like being killed after a couple of minutes over and over and over and over again?:-)
If they are to build it, I would visit a Tesla museum with my children, especially if they can have hands-on attractions. What kid wouldn't be inspired by a live Tesla coil? I know I was when I was a child.
You should contact Other World Computing to see if they would loan you an SSD drive.
They are a small company and pay close attention to any issues with their products. I bet they would LOVE for you to stress their SSD products that quickly.:-)
Most of our drives (500GB 2.5" portable drives) last a few months, once they have processed about 6TB of data full-time they are pretty much guaranteed to fail.
This is interesting. How have SSDs held up under that use?

Aren't those servers in Jersey?

I guess you aren't aware of T-Mobile's no cap data plan option.
Too bad you posted as AC. Getting a SIP account is very handy.
Not sure about the US but Ontario doesn't allow building new buildings in the flood plain around the great lakes (or anywhere for that matter).
In the US, flood plains are called "trailer parks."
It's one of the few Federal programs I would actually like to see expanded.
They would have more to work with if they could do away with the bloated govt contractor process.

And I'm a Linux user!
That's the problem. You're not a GNU Linux user!.
19,000 of them in a South Carolina school district.
I foresee a lot of downtime in the classroom each time there is a glitch in the the school's wifi or network.
The same way the USA will have to move the heavy stuff now they've given up - Soyuz.
Note that SpaceX is already flying a capsule designed for humans. It just hasn't been man rated yet by NASA.
Not possible.

You don't want people to be able to change lanes?
Bombardier/Skidoo already makes something like this. The problem is that their version costs $18,000 for the cheapest model.
For that price, you could just get the US version of the Smart Car.
While I agree with you, the last time Apple tried to change post-Jobs, it went horribly wrong.
You mean when Jobs was running the company into the ground and the board finally had to force him out?
Very true.
Want to turn over your wallet for high monthly charges? Chose AT&T, Verizon and Sprint.
T-Mobile is the only real choice.
By contrast IBM has done pretty well designing both hardware and the OS that runs on them.
Just like those wonderful OS/2 computers.
This sounds like a ploy to retain employees by tempting them with shiny objects.
Along with free coffee shops in most of the buildings and free lunch.

On one fine day a managed to drive behind a police car, exactly at the speed limit just as the police car did...
Police in the UK drive the speed limit?
Never mind.
Apparently the Colorado museum I visited in 1996 doesn't exist anymore.
Bummer. I visited it in 1996 and it was pretty cool then.

Take them to the Tesla Museum in Colorado.

Why did you post an insightful comment as AC?
A home wifi phone would be very useful.
