    Actually Health insurance and Life insurance is already doing this. Life insurance requires a physical before being insured (this is a long standing practice).
    Health Insurance however, is now telling people "tell us how much you are working out, what you are drinking, if you smoke, etc and we will give you a discount for being healthy".
    So... there is no what if, it is already has been.

    Actually, if someone obtains your personal information you can sue them for damages, but they are not breaking any laws.
    So yes, they can be obtained. But whoever gave them to you, and yourself, are liable for any issues that arise from that, much like publishing a gun owners list.

    There is such a thing as user fatigue.
    If you keep harping at the user about every little thing they will just accept without reading and move on.
    So in what way have you empowered the broad user base by adding this?
    Treating the symptoms instead of finding the cause is the problem. Although there is no easy way to solve this particular riddle, the solutions provided do nothing to educate and help the user.

    The law is created in the bill. The FCC is the enforcer or "over watch" of the law.
    Much like when you contact the FCC for a spectrum use violation.

    Because if it authenticates users against the AD for security purposes (logging in/shares/etc), it requires a CAL.

    I sorta got the impression that they were mocking the Caligula of the Far East who's doing the subjugating. The US gubmint isn't going to remove him, because he doesn't have any oil, so this is pretty much all we can do.

    So, with that basic knowledge you should be able to approximate the speed.
    Of course you will be further off the higher you go, but it gives you a general understanding.

    A while back I actually looked for a way to remove Reply-to-All buttons and found that through office, it was seemingly impossible.
    I tired the VBA methods people proposed, but we I found that it didnt work at all.
    I taught people sending out notification emails, even the ones that needed a response to BCC emails out.
    The problem is people forget, dont think about it, or dont care. So forced denial is the only way to be sure.

    Obtrusive, annoying, loud, egregious advertising is.
    I also adblock because well... lets say you are a hacker. You want to reach millions of people to get them to download your virus.
    What is the easiest medium to do that in?

    Advertising networks...
