What morons rated this '5 insightful'? Ken Murry is not bitter and angry, he is thoughtful and kind. PCM2 has done the typical thing of morons: he assumes his imagination = reality. Give us all a break and don't post if you don't even read the article.
Presumably there is now science to back up the safety of GM foods (not the same thing as no science to backup harm), that is, if you beileve this industry-funded study.
So if I have a peanut allergy I should just die if I eat any of the many foods that contain peanuts, because the producer as no obligation to let me know what is in the food?
To what purpose? How about so people can know what they are buying? People have a right to make their own choices however irrational you preceive those choices to be.
Several years ago a report came out which said that people who pick their nose and eat the boogers had fewer illnesses than their counterparts! Gota love it!

To me all of science is of interest, including geology. Did you know that geologists are still struggling to explain how the Grand Canyon came to be? The issues involved are fascinating.
How does this question make me a troll? This is an honest question prompted by the recent Republican 'bake sale' stunt at the UC Berkeley campus where everyone was charged a different price based on their ethnicity. Their point was that they were utterly against discrimination for any reason, so I think this is a legitimate question about how they would respond to this discrimination.
If they give hiring preference based on being a vet that seems discriminatory to me though I am open to suggestion if you can explain why that is not discriminatory.
In other words, more people will die from exposure to the scanners than would have died from the supposed terrorist attacks they 'protect' us from. And why? Money of course, that is what runs this country (into the ground).

Wow, has that happened anywhere in this country? For example, a large majority of Americans want us out of Afganistan, but don't let that bother you, just keep imagining that in this country we only spend money the people want spent.
So when people stop calling it 'global warming' because idiots think this means the temperature everywhere will go up uniformly, and change it to 'global climate change' to avoid the implication to morons that everything will change everywhere uniformly, ie, a title which should cause less confusion, that is proof that global warming is trickery?

I think the problem is that the FDA has lost it's resistance to corporate sponsored corruption.

but I wonder if the Republicans that scream so loud about 'discrimination' when minorities are involved will see this as discrimination as well.
The thing that saddens me is when the oppressed become the oppressor. That is what has happened to Israel: they have become the fascists.
