We are talking about luck, not statistics. A coin coming up heads or tails is one thing, you know if its heads or tails. A satellite crashing through your roof is another. It could have been bad, but hell, in the US people would be writing up long lists of shit they did not have. "Um, that laptop was a panasonic tough book" when the damn thing was a $699 dell special. Hell, it could have killed a burgler. Common sense tells us its a bad thing, but it might be good. The GOV might finaly replace the damn leaky toilet, and the guy will definatly have a new roof.

I was thinking the same thing today. Before the Unions, and all of the labor laws, the US economy was booming. Now there are all of the laws that forbid drivers from driving long hours, overtime laws, minimum wage laws. Over seas they do not have these laws. We traded job/economic security for personal saftey. Probably for the better.

One major problem with the new money, is the fact that all of the old money is still legeal tender, as as time goes on, people will not remember exactly what a true $5 from 1990 looks like. All you have to do is just fake the old money. They still have to accept it. You might want to "age" it a little, but that is simple.

I belive the parent was saying ditch the printer so that it is not traceable. If you print 500 $1s from the same printer, it is more traceable then if you print 500 $1s from 10 printers. Basicly, print the money, and get rid of the printer before the bills are in circulation. If a bill gets intercepted, you no longer have the evidence ( unless you are still holding some of the bills.)

There are several things you can tell on a bullet. The rifleings of the barrel will leave marks on the bullet itself. On the cartridge, you can look at how deep, and how large the indention left by the firing pin is. On automatics/pump shotguns, you can also look at the extractor marks left on the brass casing.

You dont see a lot of interesting packets on these networks ( mainly udp) and I have not "played" with them enough to see how they tie into their stores networks, but I have been told they are for handheld POS machines. The only one I can think of is the handheld unit they use for oilchanges and other automotive service checkins.

There is a way to do this called impresining a lock. You take a key blank ( avaliable at any place that cuts keys) and mark it with a marker or a pencil. Put it in a lock, and twist right and left. Then take a needle file and file down where the pins marked the key. You continue to file untill the impressions are very subtle, then move to the next pin. With some practice you can impression a lock in under 30 minutes.
