In my county are there are no forced quota of speeding tickets but in many places there are, why? Can government predit the number of speeders? Weed should be punishable with a fine only like speeding tickets, no jail time except for large quantity dealers, make the pot heads pay for the pot holes I say.

I wonder why wireless operations were spun off from ATT and why Sprint has a tracking stock for the wireless side of the biz. Maybe as a safety net if VoIP is not put under control of the telco conglomerates either via FCC opposing such a move or through a technical inability to control such software. It is not a sure thing that the telco conglomerates will control VoIP.

that people all over the world can learn from it, not just MIT students. So it seems resonable to have it be in part developed by people from another location. Perhaps it is time to examine the government policies in states like California that have cause the cost of living to get out of hand and thus the need for unreasonable salaries for any worker. The US itself may need to look at radical reform of the tax code and radical limits of government spending to compete one day, but for today just a handful of states reforming themselves will turn the tide...

It is actually a supply and demand problem, law schools make money so we have lots of law schools and then we get to many lawyers and they end up trying to find targets to attack. It would be better if many of these lawyers just entered the business world as MBA armed with +3 vorpal law degrees. Most serious companies come to understand that courts are a last resort and not a biz strategy.

Do you think liberals will break off from the Democratic party and join say the Green party? One of the great thing about the California recall was that people finally had a wide range of people to vote for and not just two choices that were approved by the major parties. Thank you for your insight in this matter.
