    Took me forever to get over my "Titanic" hatred of DiCaprio (and no, I never saw the movie, I was totally turned off by the preteen frenzy).

    But "Catch Me If You Can" turned me around. I really liked his performance there.

    1. GP was quoting from the Declaration of Independence, not the Bill of Rights.
    2. The Bill of Rights are the first 10 *AMENDMENTS TO THE CONSTITUTION*. By definition, they are part of it.

    What would you do if your pension plan -- that you've paid into for years -- suddenly decided that you need to be older to collect?

    Oh wait, that's already happened with SS.

    If any company ran its pension plan the way that the US.gov runs SS, the executives responsible would be in jail.
