Well YMMV with this but, Opera 8 has a neat new feature to help with this. On the very far right side of the tab bar, there is a trashcan icon. When you click this, it shows your 20 or so tabs that you had open.

This is great for me, because I would inadvertantly close a tab using a mouse gesture or something and couldn't remember what site I was on. It also show you blocked popups and allows you to "empty trash" to clear the history.

No, you are blinded by your own rage towards the current administration.

I can't stand the garbage that is thrown at people through the TV these days. I avoid it and watch very little if any TV now. I am disgusted by the office talk of the latest "reality" show. My point was you attacked the post using an argument about the war. I don't give a flying shit about he war in this discussion, it doesn't pertain. What does pertain is the fact that the media would rather report about republican junkets (which both sides take quite liberaly) than about the destruction of classified documents by an official of the previous administration. If Rice or Hadley had been convicted of this, the media would have been in uproar over it. It would have been headline news. I would also guess that you would have been shouting for them to be hanged.

You asshat. He wasn't comparing anything to the war. He was comparing a Republican Junket trumping a democratic appointee destroying classified documents. It has NOTHING to do with President Bush or the war in Iraq. This just shows how irrational and politically biased you are Mr. AC.

As two of you have pointed out, the existing system does work. I wasn't trying to disprove this, in fact I think a new system isn't going to help much as long as our borders are so open (physically). I just wanted to point out that terrorist DO use border crossing from Candada.

I don't think it's much "spin doctoring" in this case. I don't remember the year, but a border patrol agent stopped a terrorist at the I-5/Rt 99 border crossing in Washington State. He had a trunk full of explosives and was planning on trying to blow up the Space Needle.

This did have something to do with Canada...

    1) Terrorists are not monsters. Yes, they want to kill other people, but how is that different from presidents and kings? Of course, the masses are brainwashed to believe that Osama bin Laden is the devil's incarnate, but the "elite" knows the truth. He is just an enemy, nothing more, nothing less.

The difference is that a terrorist, by common definition, specifically targets innocents. In other words the target defensless men, women, and children. When one country wages war on another country, usually the military will target other military installations. Civilians will be killed in war, but the attacking nation does not target them.

Terrorists are monsters. They are evil. We must kill them, because their only mission, their only wish in life is to kill us (anyone who opposes their views).
