I'll tell you what, I'm not very rich and I would MUCH rather prefer privitized health care over socialized. I'm sure you and your socialist/anarchist friends feel different however.
Just to give you a little info on the stock market also.....If you leave your money in the investment over a long period of time (40+ years), your average rate of growth will be around 8%. There will be momentary bumbs like the dot-com bubble burst, but in the long run you will make money. Just leave it in and don't screw with it.
Maybe a large population of South Korea likes having those 30,000 soldiers standing next to their own >100,000 (not sure how many) behind those thousands of mines.
From what I've been told is that minefields are very effective in this type of situation. It forces the enemy to blow gaps in the minefiels, which turn into funnels that we can the direct the majority of our fire into.
Out of curiosity, as I have only an elementary understanding of what's going on here, what happens to a photon upon impacting a solar sail? I would assume that the photon would lose the amount of energy it imparts onto the sail, but what does that mean for the photon?
Dude, first have a drink. Relax. It's a fun quote. I seriously disagree with the fact that the make new law instead of interpreting current law. But hell that's just my point of view. Anyways, I'm off to have my drink:)

The problem is the target audience is not likely to know about these services. Most people that would buy a PC like this barely know what "online" means let alone what an ISP or GMail is. They just want to go to a superstore and get someone to show em what they need to get online with the least amount of hassle. I serisously doubt someone who buys one of these would even have to set up a dialup account.
Good idea, but a fatal flaw. What 4th grader is going to know what a C64 or an Apple2 is. Unless their parents kept their C64 or Apple2.... *sniff* I miss my C64.
IIRC, the objects on the holodeck that were created for interaction with the person were created with the same technology as the food replicators. It would actually create that object/substance, which could then be taken out of the holodeck.
Speaking of the ring and vibrate at the same time. WHY THE FUCKING SHIT do they have it ring once or twice before vibrating on the newer phones. Like the parent said, you'll be listening to music, it'll vibrate once and by the time you can answer it, the call has gone to voicemail. FFS how hard is it to do both at the same time?!?!?

I would much rather see Jennifer Love Hewitt play Wonder Woman. I would easily pay 8 bucks to see her in that skimpy outfit.

On the up side, hopefully any terrorist trying to dive on this, or any other wrek, will blow himself to kingdom come.

Damnit people, the answer is 42. Now please, can you start working on the question?
And you would do the exact same thing the first time you got laid...
Interesting....I wonder if that means they may be moving closer to the official release?
In any event, thank you!
I wouldn't mind getting an invite either...

Common sense just doesn't *win* like this.
Especially with the 9th Circus Court of Appeal.

I applaud your efforts!!! But I've seen that done two or three times today. Thought it might have been "the new thing". My apologies :)

Repeat after me: "Frank Burns eats worms"
So it's OT, sue me.
Or maybe the just busted their collective asses for a few days and got the bugs fixed.

So is this the new obligitory joke now?

Except with JS and DOM you have to code for two/three/four/who knows how many different browsers. (this is still the case isn't it? been a while.)
