This seems like it could be a good stepping stone for more advanced Windows users to discover Linux. As long as the price isn't too much greater than what it would cost to build you own, I could see this creating it's own little market.
For the purpose of discussion it is much more accurate to say paper as a refresh rate of infinity and therefore doesn't hurt your eyes in the same way video does.
So whose is actually going to chose to buy a drive with Lindows preinstalled over a clean drive? Jerkoff end users who want to think they are using Linux but can't do it themselves.
It's Lindows for god sakes.
I think somebody got into the wacky tabacky again, what is up with that fluoride reference.
There has been outcry over sites being shutdown for mp3 serving, it's was just a small shortlived outcry that was solved by Napster. If p2p is ever succesfully shutdown they will be an instant rush back to http mp3 trading.
There is competition in the area after all, when things become to rediculous users will simply migrate. Personally I don't think this is too rediculous yet.
The non-techies mostly. I use trillian personally simply because it gives me a large base of options with a perty GUI but trying to get someone who has trouble with software(I know some hardware techs who still refuse to learn some basic skills in the area) to install a new IM program and get used to is a hastle. It's easier to just do the little bit of extra work on your end.
All you've really asked is, who is out there using IE?
Personally I own an Xbox(and the controller is the perfect size).
It hardly seems up to the standard for a "war", mac vs pc(war), linux vs everybody(war), cube vs xbox vs ps2(chick fight). It's just not that big a deal. Why not just create REALLY good PC games instead of spending all your time working on perty lil boxes(though this is basically what MS did)?
I must say I liked the way the article was written, It was readable and seemed to fit with the discussion.
Hmm insteresting, I think I'll try adapting my old method of heating a room over to heating water. A cluster of overlocked chips might even replace my water heater...hmm...
I am the clit commander!
Imagine a beowulf cluster of these...

Big - yes. Ugly - no. It's a nice case. Solid and clean looking, it's only real problem is not being stackable.
