Why am i the fool? I didn't want the artist's entire albums, i simply cherrypicked those good songs and saved myself some money in the longterm because i have the songs i want.

the contest was annouced, Apple is the real winner here, i bought 20 songs I would never of bought. I've had itunes for ages and never used it.
The counter is still running for those who didn't download the 3rd party counters, even after the comp, they are still selling song by the thousands. its already very nearly gone over another 100,000 songs already, it just doesn't stop!

Aside from that, I do have a penchant for product/industrial design, I got another book "Icons of Design, The 20th Century". The original mac is included in the book as well. It was 1 tenth the price and listed some of the most famous and cleverly designed products of the last century. I recommend that one for you, if you fancy it. Its on amazons website incidentally, just such by title, it has a colour red themed fron cover.
I thankyou for the link, but $188 for a book about Apples design history? I wouldn't mind so much if there was an ipod mini that comes with it. It's even worse for price when it got so many negative reviews. I'm a mac user and it could be an interesting read, but i think only the die hards would get this to fuel their showboating skills towards other mac users.
Okay you make a good case, i never thought about the photos and its only because i upload mine to my.mac account and then let people view them from there. I guess it depends on what works for other people in the end.
I have a Yahoo Mail account and the extra 94 megs is useless, i keep my area tidy and don't need any more, i don't understand the big deal. Plus the jump from 2MB to 250MB is huge, think of the extra xserves MS is going to buy to accomodate everyone. In the end its plain crazy when we can have more than one account and most of us will never need that much space as a home user.
for MS to really investigate these things, considering that the accounts can be had for free, it makes them even more expensive to investigate as there probably is no real money being made. I would close them asap as well.
wouldn't need a 60GB ipod now?
Enough storage is never enough, more so when the porn industry catches on and will find a use for it.
Of course, we have to afford it first.
