    Mario eats potentially-dangerous mushrooms, kills turtles by stomping on their heads and does incredibly stupid stunts, such as jumping over bottomless pits and sliding down flag poles. I think it's time we slap a "not suitable for anyone" rating on the game.

    AOL already has it's own version of DevEdge for AOL 1-2-3 Publish users. Here's an excerpt:

    • use as many animated GIFs as possible
    • use the <BLINK> tag excessively
    • install a hit counter that will never exceed 50 hits in total
    • use every colour of the rainbow... on the same page!
    • uSe PrOpEr TyPiNg TeChNiQuEs LOL!!!! WTF
    • don't forget the <MARQUEE> tag, especially with the kewl neon-green-text-on-black-background

    I'm sick of their "the stuntman will starve if you download a movie!!" argument, when actors make millions per movie (eg., Brad Pitt earned $17.5M for Troy). I'm not trying to justify the downloading of movies, I'm just sick of the MPAA's silly argument.

    General Motors owns 20% of Fuji Heavy Industries (makers of Subaru automobiles), 12% of Isuzu and 20% of Suzuki.
    Sure, they're relatively minor stakes, and Nintendo isn't a struggling automaker, but an American firm buying a Japanese one isn't so unrealistic.
