- Every time you go back to kill granddad, something odd happens that prevents you (the knife slips out of your hand, you slip and fall randomly, the gun jams...)
I remember when Macs were sold at Circuit City 10 years ago. Every time I went, they were maliciously set up to be unimpressive. The salesmen were completely unprofessional - dressed in suits, mind you - they made snide comments right to my face that I was even considering the purchase of a Mac. It was outright juvenile behavior on their part, I even wrote to Apple to complain.
Why is javascript only used in browsers? Why can't I create an independent application with it? (My secret is that I don't want to bother learning straight Java...)
The episodes circulate on VHS. It is likely they will NEVER all be released on DVD because copyrights expired on every movie that was featured. It's not just complex to renegotiate those rights, but in some cases the owners were not pleased with having their movies riffed and would probably say "no" to the idea or jack up the price unreasonably.
For many episodes sharing VHS tapes is the only way to see them, unless you resort to internet piracy in which case you risk --AA retalliation.
"American society seems to be making everyone less mature, regardless of age."
We can thank "zero tolerence", nanny state, prozac nation, alternative music, and AMA psychiatry for that.
Teens aren't allowed to grow up. Notice how the drinking age was raised from 18 to 21 - it only moved the age of stupidity up by 3 years, meaning we not only experiment late, but we think that experimentation is normal for adults throughout life. It's not- it's normal for teens, and they should be allowed to do just that. (Not to KILL themselves with drinking, but to be young and stupid at an age that's natural - so they won't still act that way when they're 30.)
But the very concept of having millions of files just scattered about in a completely flat heirarchy, well, doesn't seem like a really good way to handle your company's data.
Precisely. You need seperate folders for blondes, brunette, redhead, asian, MILFs, MMF, MFF, etc.
Only issue is whether to divide teen and older women in primary folder - or create several subfolder within each category.
Imagine what MIT, Berkley, Cambridge, Moscow, Paris and a bunch of other top Universities could do in terms of pushing human achievement forwards if they had the budget that NASA gets.
Absurd. The whole point is to educate yourself at those institutions as a screening process, then be selected to work at NASA.
... so instead of treating the tumor by trying to kill the cells via radio or chemical therapy, they attack the factors that (in a mathematical model) determine the growth of the tumor, turning them into negative variables and therefore extinguishing the mass.
Unfortunately some of the most promising drugs that work to shrink tumors are not improving survival rates whatsoever. They are, in fact, shrinking the tumors "like they're supposed to", but this isn't doing anything to stop progression of the cancer.
Texas road warriors used deadly hacking skills as threat to catastrphicly defeat Ranger Men who are sworn to enforce Texas Laws. Could this vote have been any different?
The script generates fake credit card numbers, expiration dates, etc. and repeatedly hits the phishing site's form dumping in random info.
Another benefit- if the scammer tries using these fake credit cards, it's a major alarm bell to the banks. It could very well make them get caught and convicted.
Who would buy cars now knowing that inter-planetary time machines will be made in the future? Only fools!
When it's money that I earned tearing ticket stubs for $8 an hour -- town, state, and federal government are entitled to take 30% of that.

- Time travel is, essentially, impossible.

I don't know how they get away with it.
I know that today is wednesday.

Good point.

Third possibility is dual processor machine using 1 AMD and 1 Intel.
(Perhaps even 3-way with remaining G5 plus other two designs...)
And he will surely create that bit of graphics using a G5 Mac.
Probably thinks he's like John Galt of Ayn Rand fame, taking his proverbial ball down to Hades.
At last they recognize superiority of MIDI format.
Indeed, MIDI mixed for surround-sound would be divine musical perfection.

The answer is no.
But still, only a guess.
JPEG is soooooo 2004. You need to sit back and blur your eyes just to hide the visual artifacts.

But misrepresenting yourself as FBI is SERIOUS CRIME.
Do you think George Lucas respects his fans?
OK, it's not "spam". From now on I shall refer to junk email as "hormel".
I did not say this (I won't post anonymous) but I agree.
