    From TFA:

So, what if we really wanted to find Atlantis? We probably couldn't do it with satellites — man-made structures simply aren't big enough to be measured that way. But we could map the whole ocean using ships. A published U.S. Navy study found that it would take about 200 ship-years, meaning we'd need one ship for 200 years, or 10 ships for 20 years, or 100 ships for two years. It costs about $25,000 per day to operate a ship with the right mapping capability, so 200 ship-years would cost nearly two billion dollars. That may seem like a lot of money, but it's not that far off from the price tag of, say, a new sports stadium.

"Good" Game per Month (GGPM) Ratio
Since most consoles were released in November, lets round up their ages by year. And assuming the score of 80 qualifies as a "good" game:
    - Wii: 36/24 = 1.5 GGPM
    - 360: 122/36 = 3.39 GGPM
    - PS3: 79/24 = 3.29 GGPM
    - PS2: 319/96 = 3.32 GGPM (*)
    - NDS: 64/48 = 1.33 GGPM

*) The PS2 probably doesn't have many new games anymore in the past few years.

It seems the NDS and Wii are filled with a lot more family and kids-friendly games, and these games tend to not favor the critics, and possibly most hardcore gamers.

In the case where the email content is not descriptive enough (very short emails), the ads become non-accurate anymore. The ads become very general and sometimes vague.

For example, when I send one-liner email reminder to myself, the ads becomes less specific; they range from Jobs in Dubai, Millionaire Mentors, Hockey Career, Free Hosting, etc. Most of them sound like spam sites.

Possibly because they don't get enough exposure for me to notice (or even hear), or I just don't game enough these days, so when I actually get the chance I only get the more popular titles or games I know will be good.

Today was the first time I heard about the game Kudos. And when I saw its website, I feel it's a website I'm unwilling to purchase stuff off. To be blunt, the site looks quite shoddy and untrustworthy to purchase online from.

I understand that it is an independent game company. If Positech tries to market its games only to other developers or programmers, it may be a good enough website. But when Positech tries to market it to the general public, it does not look very presentable.

Perhaps I'm a more visual person than most programmers; however, I do strongly think that presentation is very important. Especially for a business. If you open a real store, say a small convenient store, wouldn't you want to make it look nice, clean, and organized? Wouldn't that attract more customers than a dirty and unorganized store? Of course the quality of goods and services are also important, but that's another story.
