I see a couple of useful TLDs that have been thrown out, however I haven't even seen a proposal put forward for.aol! I can't imagine a more useful TLD, it would make it so much easier to write all your filtering software. As soon as all usenet feeds and discussion groups, not to mention irc start dropping everything that comes from the.aol domain the average iq of the net would probably double overnight. Meanwhile everything inside.aol would have their own 'value added' services to keep them satified with 'the internet' still so everyone would be happy,\.
No I dont think so, he said linux not Windows. I very much doubt the AMA would allow Windows to be ported to the brain, imagine the dangers of people BSODing all over the place.
You might find it easier to use a laser pointer to do that. However it is somewhat similar to an already patented application for for the device to tease cats. So chances are you might get some patent lawyer after you for doing it.
I think a civilisation that contructed such an object would have to be very prescient and powerful. As the size of the object is probably a few million light years across and would be a monumental engineering effort to say the least. It is also at least a billion light years old which puts its current appearance being that long ago in years way before there even was any human skulls in existance to model it on.
Go form your own paranoid conclusions from this.
Argh think I need some sleep, lets try that again:
What happens is the score of the article is increased so that readers will find such a valuable comment easily. This is the whole point of the moderation system, to give scores to comments NOT to users.
What do you mean nothing happens?

I think you've got a couple of wrong words in that comment. Here it is corrected:
Well, let's see...Daikatana had over a $40 million budget, but it had John Romero behind it...so it still sucked.
Is this particular format something invented by OOG THE CAVEMAN by any chance? If so why wasn't it released several hundred thousand years ago, and wouldn't mp3 be a much newer format than it then?
I'm afraid you'll never get this one, theres just too much prior art out there...
Hold on thats never stopped the patent office before as we've seen recently, so go ahead and give it a try..
Wow, choral reefs? Are those the mythical singing isles we hear so little about these days?

Really? If so what exactly are they charging it on, and how do they count it?
It actually might make a good diving bell, or an aquarium (as long as you dont mind having a tiny viewing area).

So the French were always considered uneducated vulgates back then too? ;]
Have to nitpick here, but I'd like to see two places 100 miles apart inside hong kong to do things at... ;]
I always thought the pen sticking through the middle of that eyeball would oscure the retina somewhat and make the scan fail in that segment...
Are you sure? Classifying an Intercontinetal Ballistic Missile as an assault weapon seems a stretch of imagination to me.
That system really sounds like a clothes store for crossdressers, or alternatively a pet store where you can buy _really_ big reptiles.
I'm sure there is way to much prior art in the public domain on this one to make your patent stand up.
Ok this is interesting, disguising a different url as a goatse.cx link, what is the point in that?
Lets not say to much about those people with non-prime numbered account numbers too.

Could still be, it aint summer down here yet...

And that system is probably the current patent holder to boot... ;]
