Actually, the duck in boiling water melted faster. Cool running water melted the duck faster than an oven set to 200 degrees. Seems to me that with hacksaw and some electrical tape, a person could make the old multitap work with the new PS2. All you would have to do would be to put the controller plugin and the memory card plugin on separate cords like sony should have done in the first place.
