Anyone remember the time traveller John Titor, and how he claimed the US was going to descend into civil war over loss of freedoms starting next year... Starting to not look good... Check it out

Really, once a person is cremated, they're really only several ounces of material, we'd have to throw away 10's of billions of people before we noticed any change... Besides, meteors and other space materials crashing to earth more than make up for anything we launch.
It's really great seeing all these strides being made in making open source projects play well together. Now all I'd like see is some really user friendly clustering software for linux and I'd be a happy camper. Apple did it with xgrid why can't we do something similar on linux?
We could put 32 or so of these in a computer and generate the same ammount of heat as, say a Pentium IV but with almost a Terflop of performance? This strikes me as too good to be true...
If I was microsoft, I'd be paying real close attention and trying to fix the things that my customers were saying were wrong. When you have almost half of your customer base thinking about switching away from your product, that tells you that something's wrong.
Doesn't $0.20/Watt seem expensive to anyone else? For one, I thought electricity was measured in Kilowatt-hours or watt-hours, and right now I'm paying probably $0.06 or so per Kilowatt-hour. Can anyone explain this to me?
Did anyone else notice that the throughput is only "up to" 320 KBps. Seems like this would become a bottleneck, especially if you print a lot of large pdf's.

We're all going to be surfing the net with a government approved "conduct officer" standing behind us.

Has anyone heard anything about the superconductive properties of these things? Just wondering...
Does anyone know anything about the new superman movie? I've been hearing rumors for years now, but nothing firm, any info anyone?
