Disappointingly, no mention of the fact that TurnitIn profits by freely retaining students' intellectual property in their databases, and then sells licences so that universities and colleges may, effectively, search those databases.
Why do we need to upgrade and reboot the operating system to run, just, a new application? What has changed in the OS itself that enables this AppStore application to run (and I'm confident that it's not the additional Postscript patch) ?
The correct approach is to not show the user's photo until *after* they have successfully logged in - only then do they confirm that they wish to continue.
