(1) You're posting an illegal crack that violates YOUR OWN RULES on piracy
(2) You stole someone else's crack. Couldn't bother making your own? Sheesh. Now THAT'S French for you!
This french surrender business and now this "whatever is retarded is french" is so obtuse!
It's like saying all americans are morons and deserve Bush.
This guy isn't fat. Someone hacked his site and modified his pictures to make fun of him. This is what he really looks like: http://wanab.free.fr/uniprel.jpg
you are wrong about ATI 3D support under Linux. There is a binary driver to support all modern hardware, including 3D accelerated. This is the driver i use with my Radeon 9800. Look it up on the ATI web site.
You obviously misread his post (and got modded to +5 !?)

it would not be reasonable for them to expect a user to not use their computer for the time it takes to ship back a bad fan and get a replacement
but also:
If they were supplying a fan and heatsink that would never need replacement, they might be on a more moral high ground, but having a stock fan that dies easily and then claiming you void the warranty if you correctly replace the heat sink isn't user friendly.

a.) Linux will probably one day support WM formats. Thus no more bitching that you don't have the right OS to watch the cool vids that fly around here sometimes.
Since I do not want to "upgrade" from windows media player 6.4 to 9 on my win2k box, I acctualy use mplayer on Linux to checkout the odd WM9 files I come across !
That said, I understand that for some, official support would be welcome.
Would this tax work the other way around ? If a country outside the US has a higher labor cost, should they get tax deducted ?
I ask this because we pay a whole lot more tax in the country I live in.
Yes, but the point is they don't need to keep the IRC client, the WYSIWYG HTML editor, the Web browser interface, the JavaScript debugger, the DOM Inspector
since you can chose not to install all of the above, I still don't get it...
Going from "XML sucks" to "XML doesn't suck" isn't clarifying your stance! It is doing a 360. Even Bill "I didn't have sex with that woman" Clinton would have a tough time with this one.
I agree with you on the low voltage for desktop CPUs but your example isn't appropriate.
My IBM ThinkPad 570 with a PII 333 mobile displays DivXs in full screen (1024x768) without a single frame drop. (tested under win2k + BSPlayer, but probably runs as well under Linux + mplayer).
...Why is that, Ubisoft?

Damn I'm already 28, so I only have 2 years of active/fun life left ?
That's why Google Ads are so effective.

you meant opengl extensions (to do with texture compression). That has since been resolved
Even if they don't get ANY profit out of this service, it's still worth their time since it helps them sell more Mac products (iPods...)

Then again, one may argue that he looks a little like Beavis...
Is this yet another "shock and awe" tactic ?

You mean 180, right ?
don't they still have to keep the html renderer (Gecko) if they want to render emails that contain html ?
With Mandrake Linux 9.1 right around the corner

Unfortunatly, it comes with MySQL 4.0.11, KDE 3.1... when MySQL 4.0.12 (production release) and KDE 3.1.1... just came out.
