    You can guess, but then you would be wrong. Oprah was talking about the rise of oral sex in American high schools and some of the terms the kids are using. Howard was talking about the rise of oral sex in American high schools and some of the terms the kids are using.

    The only difference is Oprah was talking about it in a "this is so terrible, can you believe it" type of way, and Howard thought it was funny.

    But, exact same context.

    Hey this looks like it might do the trick! Luckily I already have an XBox I barely use.

    I have a friend who can help me mod it, it's not something I'd want to attempt myself. I can barely install a harddrive in a PC.

    S-Video isn't the same has high-def, I have tried that setup in the past.

    I'll look for adapters. But it seems like the XBox Media Center might be the solution, since I already have an XBox I rarely use. I'd "just" have to mod it.

    Then I have a question for you, or anyone else that uses bitTorrent to grab HD TV shows.

    Do you watch them on your monitor or do you have a way to get them to your TV?

    If you watch them on your TV can you explain how you set it up? I've found plenty of ways of getting a stream from my PC to my standard TV input (http://www.hauppauge.com/html/mediamvp_datasheet. htm this is the simplest solution I've found so far) but have not yet found a way to get one to my high-def input.

    The real problem with hydrogen fuel cells in safe storage of hydrogen. Think about that whenever you see someone smoking their cigs while pumping gas.

    I believe I read an article several months back .... totally unscientific experiment, I averaged about 3,000,000 ongoing auctions at eBay .... I would imagine atleast an average of $100 per auction completion

    That's circular logic. Professional people wear ties because it looks more professional to wear a tie. Times change.
    You'll appeal more to management types

    You gain the appearance of having status and importance
    "appearance" being the key work here.
    It's the only safe place in formal workwear for a man to express himself.
    Other than, watches a nice shirt, a good haircut
    Ties are a "success indicator", which essentially means that you will be viewed more favourably by persons of the female persuasion (unless your tie has flashing boobies on it)
    Chicks dig ties? Maybe right on this one. But not sluts. Sluts dig leather.
    The people climbing upwards on the ladder of success will thank you for getting out of their way
    If you want to climb up the ladder using the management route that's your choice. Tool.

    Bullshit. I didn't learn how to code well until I was in a real job. College teaches you theory but it doesn't teach you how a real business operates.

    However, the boss in the orginal post wasn't talking about college grads, he said that someone with 2 years of experience is as useful as someone with 10. He has a point. 80% of what you need to learn to be a useful programmer in a business you learn in the first 2 years.

    Of course that other 20% is pretty useful, especially during crunch time.
