I'm not sure who does trustedreviews website but it's obnoxious even with Mozilla. After adblocking all the scripts and pictures it was better. Won't be shopping there though.
Alright then you need to come up with an interface for a CD to read the laser data directly. In essence you use an existing laser pickup mech assembly and replace all the hardware. I'm sure it's possible to do via FPGA or ASIC
I didn't think opinion about the EU was bad within those countries that are a part of it.
I've heard target dates from 20 to 70 before the EU goes sour and bad things happen. I can't disagree with that assesment but do not wish for it. An unstable europe is a bad thing.
It sounds like the crystal itself is getting overwhelmed and doing the cancelling. This is a problem with some of the smaller microphones that are IMHO crap. It's also used as a feature on noise cancelling hearing protectors as it cuts way down on needed electronics.
Police headsets
Still I'd want to converse securely on a publicly accessable IRC network whether in chat or not.
I can of course pass PGP encrypted messages either just armored or cloaked as a picture or by other means.
The reason they want this is similar to usenet postings. You can command you legions of winged minions without the MIBs knowing who the winged minions are. It's a waste of their time and only captures the diseased and weak winged minions so I won't cry too much about it.
We now stock the new generation of Phosphorescent (Glow in the Dark) material in pure powder form. This is not the old Zinc Sulfide based material that's commonly found in the typical glow in the dark items. As you know, that cheap stuff only glows for about an hour after being exposed to light. This new Phosphorescent powder is doped with the element Europium, along with other rare earth elements that give it an astonishing glow time of over 12 hours!
Well since slashdot badly breaks Plain Old Text links a clickable link deserves a higher mod because of the extra work.
There is no free press.

If the 'business' that publishes pays any tax or dances to any government regulation, it is not free. If any reporter pays any tax, they are not free. I don't know of any country that has a free press except those that do the job for free.
On the reimaging if there is any way to get a trojan or other malware on it someone would do it. Reimaging is not a bad option but I'd prefer a diskless workstation.
Proprietary crap.
About like the 20 dollar printer with the 200 dollar cartridge.

Agreed. It's their money and it's their policy. I do see the EU being a problem militarily for the US but not for some time.

I'll swear under oath that Kerry sucks goats. It's just as meaningless.
Turn your camera at an angle and check?

Or just give it to the dog as a chew toy, just like Rubiks tupperware.
Someone who knows the pain I've went through trying to get someone weened off of Windows and made something usefull.
Check on the bullet resistance of tightly hand woven silk.

Sodium Borohydrate is pretty nasty stuff. http://www.jtbaker.com/msds/englishhtml/s3146.htm
I would walk away. It shows the company wants disposable people and it shows they are not stable enough to offer you full time right from the start.

It's a common scam done with anything some crook thinks will sell. It's all fully disclaimed but that will not stop some state prosecutions.
Shamanism
Since it doesn't fit in science.
This politics bullshit needs to go. I'm so tired of it Slashdot is no longer fun to read.
prosecutorial and police misconduct I'm all for cold hard scientific evidence. Eyewitlesses be damned, rubber hosed confessions be damned.

In a day I'm taking them out of my book marks and blocking them at the router if this doesn't stop.
