As nice as this sounds, in practice it just became a haven for kiddy porn and slow warez (alot more with the illegal porn though). i thought it was intresting but when half the links are (IMO) disgusting, i stop using it for any reason what so ever.

I've watched both the apple and UGO trailers, they are slightly diffrent (watch both and look at the titles, i didnt pay close enough attention to notice any other large differnces) so yes, the UGO is exclusive.

chances are they got the legal go-ahead from there lawyers and proceeded this week.

It was all written by rockstar (they removed it just shy of release) so the code should work pretty well. I've heard positive things previously.
