    ...here's a link to the Hacker's Diet discussed on /. on on many earlier occasions. It helped me lose (40lbs) (albeit in combination with modified low-carb diet) ...maybe it'll help somebody else out of a 200lb mess.

    I've been a Yahoo messenger user since 2000, and I distinctly remember being able to place PC-Phone calls using Yahoo Messenger since about 2002.

    I quickly scanned through archive.org versions of older http://messenger.yahoo.com/ features to see if I could find a page where they advertised this as a feature, but couldn't find it.

    I certainly do see a "Call Center" to "Place Net2Phone call" on the current version of Windows Yahoo messenger 7.0 I have. So what's new with this? I didn't find this a groundbreaking feature of Google Talk either. Is Yahoo just relaunching this feature to counter Google's launch of Talk?

    In simpler, day-to-day terms, what they're trying to say here is that Universe rapidly enlarged until it eventually blew the seal.

    Dude - thanks for the link. I'd mod you up if I had points. Never has a wikipedia article seemed so damn insightful as this one.

    Been through "limerence" recently and it's somehow reassuring to know it's a widely studied and observed phenomenon. Every single sentence/observation mentioned in that article made sense to me.
