What about paying for the show, then profit, if any, going to charity? I mean, fans are not in it for the money, but the franchise taking the profit just doesn't seem right, ok? Then why not paying for it, and donating the fans' share of the profit? (I'm sure Ferengi all around the galaxy have taken ear-pain of hearing my idea).

it's not charity, it's paying for the production costs of a show they want to see, they are buying the show. The thing is, are they going to share the profit?

I mean, this would mean a lot for the production of films and tv series, it means cooperativism, but a tv show isn't a charity fund, who is going to earn the bucks?

Are they claiming that this magical sticker will change the material characteristics of the battery components themselves?

Actually, what they are claiming is:
The foil and the material are designed to:
Absorb the electromagnetic waves generated from the battery.
Generate a flow of negative ions.
Interact with the battery's internal electrolyte and ions.

If this has worked with the phones as long as didn't have bluetooth or a way of linking it to the computer, why do they think people will connect to them instead of cheating the console to think the home computer is the server and download levels from the Emule?

I mean, all three major consoles are hacked by now (hail to the Cube, the last man standing), people buys the game because want to have the box, because wants everything working just out of the box, etc.

We want cheaper games, not shitty pay per service so kids (and not so kids) don't know what they are spending, specially a difference by price between good games and bad games, I don't know how it is in other countries, but in Spain, I can go to the major distributors and see the Universal Theme Park (worst game for Cube ever) next to the Donkey Konga (full with the bongos) for the same price.

This remainds me a mini-game in the Star Fox, where you had to dominate your fear, in the screen, Fox was assaulted by monsters and nightmares, and there was a line up in the screen with a line that must remain in the central region. When monsters appear, the line moved to one part or the other, the game was old like a NES, and I didn't paid attention to the graphics (if you did, you were lost), don't take me bad, it was time since a game had made me more nervous and stressed.

but much(or most, hard to tell from the watered-down news in the USA) of what the insurgents in Iraq do is not terrorism.

IMHO nothing done now at Iraq is terrorism, I explain, the situation seems to me more a mix of an occupation of a foreign country and a civil war, there is a part of the population that if favored and wants the USA to win the war, and there is another, called insurgents, but that could also be named the resistence that want USA out of their country and, instead of using army tactics are fighting with guerrilla tactics because it's the only way they can obtain a victory, since they are few and poor armed but have more knowledge about their country and have more support of the local population.

Ok, so we are questioning ethics about objects, I think we are missing the point. For now there is no hint that a senient artificial intelligence is close to being developed, if anything senient could be developed, we would be talking about anything else.

Now we are talking about a fridge, should a fridge have rights? should a fridge have human shape? I mean, just for having a vague humanoid shape, it doesn't mean it's alive, just if you said this about dolls, should baby dolls eat or poo? they do, any ethic problem about it? NO, why? because it's just a piece of plastic, a robot is nothing else.

Are we asking ourselves if robots should be clearly different to humans in order for us not to forget they are not humans? It would be just and excuse, the diference is not in the shape, but in senients or not senients. A human friendly interface, like a face, or voice, or a humanoid shape to use a human environment without problems make no difference.
