I live in Tottenham North London (a rather notorious area for riots) and I only see CCTV cameras on major roads. There is one speed camera just down the road but that has been non-operational since it was installed several years ago.
Plus, here is a bit of the pot calling the kettle black.
All my current PC motherboards have a RS-232 header and settings to enable them in the BIOS. I'm still on socket LGA775 but both my X48 chipset boards have them.
