    Well if you can 'pre-load' HL2, Wouldnt that suggest that it is totally done? Unless you are just downloading libraries and such. This sounds promising, But what on earth is Valve waiting for?

    So being what some others said, In that you could take a small hash and reverse it back into its original state, Could You technically take Gigs of data, hash it, then send the hash around the net and let the people who want it rebuild it?

    If open source is accepted within govt, and that governemnt starts pouring cash into specific projects, how many programmers will work for free if they see that the leaders of those projects are making money and they aren't?...it might send ripples through what we know as open and free....

    What kinda battery does this thing have in it? It would be cool if you could recharge it, but the work is worthless to take 25 or so pictures and to have to go and hack another one.

    I want to know some technical details. How is the RIAA going to get this program on peoples computers?....a program that sits on a computer deleting files...i dont think symantec will support that...they make programs that get rid of these things...i think they are called viruses.
