  1. Re:Let's get some perspective here... on FBI Seeks To Restrict University Student Freedoms · · Score: 1

Can you do us a favor and find out why the mainstream news outlets are not covering a grassroots movement to impeach GWB and Dick Cheney?

  2. Re:Yet another reason... on The Worst Bill You've Never Heard Of · · Score: 1

We all seem to have this wierd idea that the artists have a say in these matters. I am sorry to inform you, the Riaa, record labels and the rest of the Music Mafia use the artists, not the other way around. They sign new and unsuspecting artists to contracts, you know the type of contract, the kind that makes your ass hurt. After you sign thier contract, there is nothing you can do about it. The Music Mafia has everyone by the nuts, Goverment, Artists, and the unsuspecting public. So sure ya, an artist can flee, but most likely without; any music created upto the point they left, thier name (because the label owns that too), and in some cases an artist could be blocked from producing/creating/performing for a few years (punishment if you try to run from the Mafia). The artists listen to music too, and want the same fair use as us, except Riaa Poster-children like Metallica because with thier "Gold Plated Ferrari's" they just don't care about anyone else.

It is one thing to send a probe to look at Mars, and another to see it with human eyes. We can send probes to Mars to understand the landscape and enviroment, but until we step foot on Mars and expirience it, it will always just be pictures on a TV. Let me put it this way, I can give you pictures of Mexico, the beaches, the water, the sky, and even a sunset, but in the end, you won't know Mexico until you go there.

a simpler fix for that, after you remove new.net or newnetdomains, (win9x) is to remove dialup networking (controlpanel/add remove programs/windows setup/communications) without restarting, then remove HKEY_Local_Machine\System\CurrentControlSet\Servic es\Winsock2 after add dialup networking again and restart. I have found this to fix 99% of newdot net related issues. I found My search bar to be the worst, and not fun to remove, although it is found with many adware removal tools, it has a tendancy to come back again, and again...

What I find sad is the "Industries" (MPAA, RIAA...) are forgetting the most important part of commerce, give the customers what they want. I am sad to say movies IMHO have gone way down hill, almost as if the movie industry wants to give us flashy special effects, and no substance, almost like music these days... But then let them dig thier graves....
