You seem to have forgotten that the FBI has to broken computer laws in 'other' countries. The mind boggles as this FBI agent turning up in a foreign court after breaking computer laws, claiming evidence obtained by hacking computers. The judge in that Irish court has to be the biggest lame duck in history. As soon as the FBI agent admitted what they did, the judge should have ordered the agent arrested and held for trial. The law is the law and US law is not law in Ireland and the FBI has zero right to break Ireland's computer laws. Any evidence obtained, well, might as well be fantasy father than fact as there is no way for a court to tell what was real and what was fabricated on an 'illegally' hacked computer.
Now of course with M$ ownership, they are right in the line of fire for a very, very expensive class actions law suit. Especially if they already used a majority ownership to implement decisions that favoured themselves at the expense of minority share holders (note this is illegal). So will M$ get screwed over in court for killing Android on Nokia, especially when it get's in some cases patent royalties equal to or greater than what it charges for windows phone OS licences.
I'll bet there are already a bunch of lawyers salivating at the chance to drag M$ and Nokia into court to recover billions in losses to shareholders. Then could come Nokai employee civil action suits for career losses as a result of manipulation of Nokia management decision to favour M$. Always remember there is a huge monumental difference between majority ownership and total ownership in a public company and the resultant impact upon remaining share holders and even employees. When the fraudulent actor in the future of Nokia has such deep pockets as M$ to target and remembering that the class action suit will occur in a region now becoming very hostile to M$ due to those losses, the class action law suit become very desirable.
Moron, no law shall pass. The constitution takes precedence over all criminal law (you can not legislate a law the impinges the constitution, not legally anyhow), criminal laws takes precedence over all contractual law (you can not write a contract under contracts law that infringes criminal law and via extension that in tern infringes the constitution). Well you can write a contract that does infringe the constitution and criminal law but in court that contract has to be thrown out. Verzion is attempting to censor the end users free speech for profit a crime. You can write all the crazy crap contractual conditions you like but that does not for one second mean they will be upheld in a court of law. Now because of the number of citizens that crazy crap conditions of contract impinge against, they will be challenged under class action law suits, especially with regard to monopoly of services and intended anti-competitive intent and they will loose. Article 19 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, adopted in 1948, states that:
"Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression; this right includes freedom to hold opinions without interference and to seek, receive and impart information and ideas through any media and regardless of frontiers."
Contracts law is law and The First Amendment (Amendment I) to the United States Constitution prohibits the making of any law respecting an establishment of religion, impeding the free exercise of religion, abridging the freedom of speech. So no, contracts law can not incorporate any legislation that would allow contracts written under contracts law to infringe the constitution. Grow the fuck up.
The blame lies with two sets of rules. One for the rich with private planes and another for the serfs to keep them in place, otherwise they get to damn uppity. If you can not tell exactly what is happening with the no fly rules and the TSA, you are really asleep at the helm. This is all about the 1% keeping the 99% under the thumb. Stick you name on a list, you don't fly, stick their name on that same list and guess what, the get right on their private plane, with what ever weapons and fluids they want to travel without being radiated or groped, just the same as if their name was not on a list. Straight up rich versus everyone else laws, to keep everyone else in their place.
Well, right now the US Administration has a choice, either get the NSA back under control or face the global exclusion of US software, hardware and computer services and US companies are fully entitled to send the bill for losses straight to the NSA. If fact they should start the court cases for damages right now.
Sorry bub, I am not a slave. I can ask me for stuff I have got with a warrant but fuck you if think you can force me to get stuff. There is a huge difference between the two. A warrant provide the right to search it does not provide the right to enslave the target of the warrant and force them to lie, deceive, spy and back stab on their behalf. This is the real problem with the cowardly US, it's citizens fail to stand up for their rights. Under the US constitution it is set out that only those being punished for a crime can be forced into servitude. Your are either a free citizen or not, you either have free speech rights or you do not. You don't beg for them and you certainly don't throw them away to a bullshit deceitful administration, you stand up for them.
Excuse me but the corporate right to censor speech does not equate to free speech, if fact it is the opposite. Net Neutrality is free speech and such is protected under the US constitution.
I did a Vista install from an original disk, it took three days, with the compulsorily slowed downloads. Stupid thing insisted in doing it in order, so it overwrote, patch after patch, 3 days to install an operating system. So once you reach as far down low as Vista (The Uncle Fester OS), yeah, pretty much anything imaginable would still be an improvement.
Not in the US system. Political appointees are changed with each and every change of administration, so party based. What is going on here is a straight up run at inside information of US politicians to ensure they tow the Israeli line even behind the scenes. This to ensure an aggressive political attack specifically targeted at them as soon as they try to go public about a foreign government having such control over the US government and the US government repeatedly acting in Israel's interest against US interests. What a joke, NSA rules to Israel, please delete the information about US politicians and administration officials, what the fuck?
I'am a pretty lousy coder but I am certain about one thing, there is no such thing as a 10 difficulty program. Every program brakes down into simpler problems and it is simply a matter of working through each individual algorithm, whilst adhering to the same solution type and keeping your variables in order. Good programmers just quite simply do it a hell of a lot faster.
The real problem is defining the value of the productivity down to quality and speed of solution solving rather than numbers of lines of code produced. The break really comes in at, it requires less skilled programs to edit, tidy up and properly document code then it does to create the original code at any real speed. So creative coders versus editors and proof readers and then administers and engineers to overlook the overall solution. With FOSS you might also add in algorithm/solutions librarians, who keep track of existing solutions to edit and implement (this can even be done for in house proprietary solutions).
So keep the creative types happy, don't bog them down editing and documenting. Don't have them looking up old solutions to pull the algorithms out of them. Maybe don't even use them for left over debugging. So not necessarily program complexity but breaking down task areas within in programming and assigning the appropriately skilled and paid person to each task area.
Seriously please don't pretend than any admin worth their salt didn't have a manual update system and would wait for thirty days prior to uploading any patches to their system except of course high security risk patches and even then they would be updated to a test system first and cycled through a couple of days operation. M$ then contracted out all update testing because they were just so bad at it. Then took it back in house. It took until windows 7 (more like 14 odd) for them to be mostly reliable.
A gold coloured phone, it's a bling phone for suckers because it ain't gold, neither in the actual material nor hardware leading performance.
Wake up, Androids market is not Androids market, it's all about choice and competition, it's Samsung's, Motorola's, Sony's, LG's, Huawei's, HTC's and more. Sub 4", 4-5",>5". Waterproof, high resolution, quality camera, stylus. All in a range of performance vs price.
One brand is about high profit marketing scams and the rest is about choice and the customer pushing for value.
So really it is not the system at all, just the people involved. So psychopaths, put them any where and they will corrupt everything they touch so that it favours them at everyone else's expense. So how much smoother will any possible system run, once psychopaths have been removed and kept out of positions, of control, governance and influence. So it is really cronyism and corruption or is it always just psychopathy.
Once they are talking low cost, low energy, everyone knows what's it about. Low cost consumer laptops for people who want to do a bit more than they can achieve with a mobile phone and that means Android.
The other direction is people who want the desktop to be a bit more mobile but they still want to be able to go back to their big screen and multitasking power.
How that approach from two different directions finally merge in the middle, well, manufacturers will be pushing to basically grab M$'s profit (plus cost to the manufacturer) and the manufacturers will be wanting to keep it.
Actually it is changing now. The problem with campaign fund bribery is that it requires the dominance of old world mass media. As that dominance is getting chewed away by the internet and the dying off of idiot box die hards. So it goes the whole world over. Note, that News Corp was totally opposed to the Australian NBN and pushed it's puppet party, The Australian Liberal Party, as hard as it could but failed to gain control of the upper house.
Hey if we are going the bullshit route, why not 22 seasons, one for each week with 4 episodes each season, you know the chunks between designated commercial breaks.
This is a straight up warning, paying before delivery from a modern corporation is a mugs game. The more they get, the more likely they are to lie, cheat and steal to get more.
In today's, military industrial complex, corporate world, it's all about how to turn individual soldiers into multi-million dollar profit centres. Don't you get it, all those salaries paid to soldiers is lost to corporate coffers, substantively reduce the numbers of soldiers whilst dramatically increasing their equipment costs means increased corporate profits. Bonus each and every time a soldier is killed, basically guarantee millions in increased revenue.
Of course the supply of misinformation is something. With the NSA's nose in everything, feeding it with misinformation becomes laughably easy. In fact logically every country across the globe, excluding the US of course, should be generating as much false information as possible to flood the NSA data channels. Iran likely will 'issue' all sorts of orders for 'the boy that cried wolf', USA, to yell about and prepare for and generally waste time, money and effort on.
The Likely hood of Iran attacking anyone for an attack on Syria (keeping in mind any attack will likely be simply an attack upon the infrastructure of autocracy ie command and control/munitions), is zero. In the Muslim world it is pretty clear that every leader sees themselves as the top leader and want's to be in charge of a Muslim empire hence they are allied only so long as it is mutually beneficial.
Compare it to Bahrain, you know the place with the big US naval base. When the by far majority Shia population started to seek 'Democracy' they were cruelly and brutally oppressed by the autocratic monarchy who was getting full technical support from the US government and direct support from the autocratic monarchy of Saudi Arabia with front line troops sent to oppress the Bahrain citizenry (which the US also supported, basically an external invasion to suppress a majority democracy seeking populace, you suck USA). So for the Syrian government where is the public military support from it's supposed ally Iran. Where is the full technical support from the other supposed ally Russia. Are Russia and Iran just sticking it to the imperialist US, to keep it off balance and more immobile until the fascist ideals bleed away under a resurgent democracy.
Any man who is a slave to orders is a weak link to humanity. A true warrior always considers the value of those orders and only obeys them if they are appropriate, if those orders represent a threat to that warriors society than that warrior is duty and honour bound to act upon the threat and not act out those orders, that is the law, look it up.
Quite simply, M$ can now gut Nokia, shift all it labour requirement to China and seek to compete in price alone. Of course that also puts it into direct opposition to any other company wanting to produce a winphone, so M$ will abandon sales to other companies and go the route or totally ridiculous licence fees and via patents and the courts obstruct sales of competing products. It will do this for as long as it can regardless of losses. In the hopes if it sells enough cheap phones it can gain acceptance. Reality a complete court driven bog down in the sales of smart phones.
Sorry dude, that is a lie. Obtaining the names of the UK agents in the UK would be the crime. Carrying the names of people from one country to another country via a third country is nothing to do with nothing. So you can basically piss off with the idea that somehow, doing something in country A, when you are from country B, can somehow be a crime in country C, just because you pass through country C.
Sorry but they ain't secrets, they ain't nothing, they are just information. Just because country C in this case wants to keep it's lies secret from it's own citizens or wants to keep secret it's criminal acts in other countries has nothing to do with uninvolved citizens. That is basically countries C problem or in this case the UK problem to deal with actions that actually occurred in the UK.
Seriously under international law, fuck the UK agents in the field, they are fucking criminals, end of story. To expose them as criminals outside of the UK is not, nor ever can be a crime, wake up to yourself and the UK government needs to wake up to itself. Once UK agents leave the UK, they become criminals and should be subject to criminal prosecution should they commit any crimes outside of the UK (allies or not and if they play in allied countries, then they definitely should be exposed, good luck trying to prosecute then). You can not prosecute for outside of the UK exposure.
Psychology is not sociology. There are direct physiological (the science of biology) involved in psychology (hence a science). So it is definitely repeatable and a science. The only real problem is the nature of experimentation, no you can not drill holes in peoples heads any more, you can not purposefully induce bad brain chemical states or induce harmful 'enduring' psychological stresses (we will all try to forget the US Government even exists when making that statement).
So attempting to understand the psychology of the Federal agents and the prosecutor involved in this is very intriguing, in that they are going out of their way to prove the test they are trying to protect can be easily and readily faked with some simple instruction. What is in their minds, what do they think they will win, have they never heard of cutting off your nose to spite your face.
I think a lot of game developers are starting to find out that focusing in on F2P PvE vs PvP, attracts a much easier to deal with customer base and overall for long term sustainability and profitability is preferable.
Bloody insane. Do something as an individual and you are liable. Create a two dollar company and now you claim the company did it. So no problem Bank Robbers Incorporated, guess what they do with the guns and ammunition they have and the dead bodies they pile up. Are they liable, no, it's the companies fault. Seriously how cracked are you. Individuals make the decisions, individuals carry out the actions and individuals should be held liable. Hiding it behind the pseudo person of a company is a straight up corruption and lie. A corporate charter is basically a licence for individuals who own that corporation to commit crimes and personally get away with it.
Every time a corporation commits a criminal act, a full investigation should be launched into all the individuals involved in the carrying out of that criminal act and they should be held personally criminally liable for the actions they carried out. No out of court settlements, no fine the share holders who had nothing to do with it, target those that carried out the criminal acts and penalise them accordingly.
No more privatise the profits and socialise the losses. (It ain't about ladders, it's about pharmaceuticals killing tens of thousands, contaminated foods, stealing peoples pensions, oh yes wait and just like all other products even defective ladders that fail).
You seem to have forgotten that the FBI has to broken computer laws in 'other' countries. It's amusing thought, the NSA just keeps on giving to FOSS by it's actions, M$ and their ilk must be sorely vexed by the practices of the NSA.

The reality is they are targeted a particular audience in the F2P PvP (which I like to call purse vs purse and yes the connotation of those players attacking each other with their cute little Fabergé purses is appropriate) which is highly fractious. For quite a few of them it is not about gaming it is about beating other people and in their mind humiliating them, no matter how much the spend (lame) or cheat to do it. Do anything to upset them (like spill soup on them in a restaurant, beat them to a carpark et al) and they immediately go off the deep end.
