    Google wouldn't exist if it weren't for people creating/putting content on the Internet... (or, if you belong to the tinfoil hat crowd, putting your personal data online).

    But it may not be so much a "debt" relationship as it is a symbiotic one between Google (and other search engines) and Internet users... without content, no search engine... without search engines, hard-to-find content.

    That or enabling private companies or other big organizations which do not want an internet access to their intranet, to offer a google-like search engine to their users.

    I've seen some intranet search engines and believe me, they are teh sux0r compared to google.

    That's as dumb as buying a car because it matches your shoes and nail polish

    Not as dumb as you'd think... In Europe, a subsidiary of Mercedez-Benz marketed the Smart, which has interchangeable colored panels, so that if you get tired of the color, you can go to the dealership and have them changed in half an hour.

    It's arguably one of the main selling point of those cars (and its smallest diesel engine on the car market, which sips very little gas; and it's so small you can park it perpendicular in a parallel parking space).

    If he put as much planning for Crusade as he did for B5, there's a lot of ideas for him to recycle into a new ST series.

    Will the Wifi signal attract sharks?

    Yes... and even if there wasnt any WiFi, the EM from the computer would also attract them.

    But in order to make sure the sharks don't mistake the surfboard shape with some prey, I think some case lighting should be added, EL wires, cold cathodes, etc. to the underside of the surfboard.

    But just in case, don't leave home without your shark countermeasures.

    Yes, I have...

    I have also moved from one place of residence to another, and I had to change my snailmail address too (and my phone number, since it was in another area code).

    Granted, I could also use a PO box, but I figured my home snail-mail address works just as well.

    I made my address change known to the people who need to contact me.
