in real life customers are almost always clueless idiots who don't know what they want, and often belligerent idiots who don't know what they want, but it's not what people more knowledgeable than themselves offer them.
In this case he's right. Adding yet another "built-in" feature to windows is not the way to go. The flaws in the windows security model are more fundamental than that. At best it'll be a half-arsed job. Anti virus software is always playing catch-up and it's a resource hog. They should redesign it in such a way that it doesn't need anti-virus software in the first place.

No, it's exactly the other way round, It's scientifically irrelevant whether there is "other side", however, conducting your life and organizing society based on the premise has immediate and measurable consequences. In other words, the very concept of "other side" has evolved as, and is but an answer to empirical problems.
1. Weeks upon weeks of battery life - my current pda - a low end palm - lasts 3-4 weeks, more when used moderately. anything less would be a disappointment. 2. A better interface - My main concern is entering text. The palm graffity system is nice, but it's a little awkward if you have to write anything longer than a couple of letters. Also bigger and more robust buttons would be nice.
This is not as much about flowback prevention as it is about auxilary blood pumps. Such one-way valves are common in veins, esp in extremities, where the blood pressure is low and the stream is continuous. The pressure exerted along the walls of the vein by the contractions of skeletal muscles is enough to drive the blood forward. Standing still for long periods of time therefore numbs your legs and puts extra burden on your heart.
that is the exact purpose of the aorta - it's elastic walls enable it to mitigate the pressure differences and provide a continuous bood stream/more or less/ to the rest of the body.
I second that, logo is a great language for math and the turtle graphics make it possible for beginners to easily visualise what they're doing. It's a lisp dialiect with some infix functions and a lot less parentheses, which tend to scare newbies
Or the human players will get "Inventive"
also, no pocket EMP devices should be allowed
to enter the stadium
I bet it smells like shit, to attract flies more efficiently
... hmmm wait, we have those already
producing a human flesh powered model would be cool though. Imagine one of those disguised as a sultry female

people haven't rejected it, but rather, govt has imposed itself upon them
I mean, they invented the original mickey mouse computer didn't they?

GWB does seem to support the military ...

On the other hand a fusion bomb has a fission primer, so you get radiation and such, much like a regular fission bomb

Actually there is a "regionalized" Bulgarian
Harry Potter, and he's called Yan Bibian.
The novel was written sometime after wwii AFAIR
by E. Pelin and the main character was a kid who
had a little demon for a friend.
I remember enjoying it a lot as a kid.
There's also a sequel called "Yan Bibian on the Moon"
Don't know if they were ever translated or published abroad.
