    Don't worry, the CSS doesn't work correctly in Opera and who knows what more browsers so no worries.

    Also I know there are plenty of friendcode sites for the DS, and I guess more than his support the wii aswell.

    No, not "any" exploit, but people who know what they do can still exploit it so why does it matter?

    Also (atleast a few years ago) I've got the impression there are patches for Linux which does the same + more, and what about say trusted Solaris or similair? Are OpenBSD really better than those? Sure it might be a little more secure / security advanced than say FreeBSD for example, but I would still rather run FreeBSD for other reasons.

    Thought of course apache isn't enabled, bind either (?) and sendmail only run locally by default...

    Pretty lame to only count remote exploits and non of the ones there the user start an application (such as a browser) either. The fact that openbsd have had only two remote exploits in 10 years doesn't say shit about it's security in reality, even thought it's probably better than many other oses in reality aswell.

    Compared to the rest of the world are you really falling behind so much? I live in a rather small country (Sweden) but I doubt EU/Europe overall does much more science than the US, especially in space. Or?

    Yeah, -1 here to, I installed it just because I wanted whatever with Linux 2.6.16 or newer and mepis ran 2.6.15 (All I needed was Solaris UFS + OS X HFSX+ support and mount/tar), and because I could I tried to update it resulting in an installation where the OS simply stoped loading at the firewall line. And since I have no intrest whatsoever in fixing broken things and invest my time in shit I don't have it installed longer.

    The M3 simply is $45, add whatever microsd, preferably 2GB or so.

    Not that M3 products are perfect either but atleast they are well known and proved =P

    Well in that case can't the just fuck off already for not releasing the wiimote for the Gamecube? Considering how minor the hardware upgrade is for the Wii anyway.

    I would have wished that it got more powerful, but I doubt that will happen since Nintendo isn't likely to leave the old units without new titles == therefor they can't rely on better hardware == no hw upgrades.

    If it was good enough to buy in the first place what is the problem?

    Noone forces you to upgrade and why shouldn't they get rid of any bugs and annoyencies later noticed?

    Who knows, maybe even xbox360 will get hd-dvd builtin and hdmi, or ps3 will get hd-dvd support if bluray fails, or whatever.

    Maybe even Microsoft releases a better OS, OHNO, I HAVE TO PAY FOR THAT!?! (Ok, it sucks for OS X since the updates are so small.)

    Yeah, we have "hemvärnet" aswell, althought I have no idea how large any of our military stuff is nowadays. I think we are down to little over 200 airplanes to begin with.
    The swedish defence whatever informs me that Hemvärnet got around 40.000 people of which 1.500 is musicans ;)
    Well, atleast our subs kicks american ass ;/
