Anybody can double-scan a CC. Hell, I even made a card-scanner/rewriter from casette parts. Didnt work very well, but it worked. I can also copy down 20 digit numbers, just like everybody else.
And really, I do know how simple it is to "rip CC #'s off". Thats what the script kiddies usually start at. Seems you just ended at that point, which says a whole lot about yourself.

Thats because its due process that even one person of a couple who is a citizen who has sex with and creates a child, the child has full citizenship rights.
In older times, it was common to revoke citizenship in the stead of death as a punishment. Now, the only times citizenship is revoked is when someone has dual citizenship and is "kicked out".
On the other hand, if you wished to gain citizenship in Russia, you would REVOKE your citizenship here in the US. You can deny it, as Hubbard fo Scientology fame, has done. YOu just better NOT step foot on our siol, or we might consider you as a invader.
When you accepted Citizenship in this country, you ACKNOLOGED that our govt can issue LEGAL tender and back up with laws that prevent people from duplicating..

If I were you, I'd go read up the specific requirements of "Informed Consent".
At least in the medical field, its a way to wriggle out of contracts and other legal bindings by saying "The master(doctor in this case) hid the meaning from me! I wasnt sure what to believe and this contract-thingie is too hard to understand!".
It all comes down to making sure the idiots who use yoru services actually UNDERSTAND the stuff they need to know, aside contracts, EULA's, and other obtuse crap.

To "know" and disregard a whole line of thinking is common with many scientist circles because it shows "no relavalency", "bad idea" or "we wont get funding through this path". Perhaps it took someone who didnt have those very preconceptions TO find these things..
