And during the next Columbine when kids are shooting each other while powering up with Coke and Guiness, how much will the lawsuit be worth? I don't think video games lead to violence in normal kids, but even if it's just some freak incident...they're will be a lawsuit.

I'm sure most of these places have generators on hand. Even if the generator was only used for critical applications, a simple UPS would do long enough for them to round the folks up.
Ford would be held liable. Remember the Firestone/Ford deal with the bad tires? If a company 's product causes you physical harm because they're negligent, they'll get sued. So why not the same if a company's product causes all your personal information/identity to get stolen?
I love linux as much as the next guy, but this is just B***S***. It might have always 'just worked' with your sound card, but for every one that 'just works' theres one that doesn't.
Are you saying "if there is something on your desktop that you aren't looking at" right now "your desktop is misconfigured."? Because I'm not looking at the clock all the time but I'm glad it's there, or is this a misconfiguration? Should I autohide the task bar so I have to move my mouse down to see what time it is? Or are you saying something you never look at?
I care about the bug, not because I'm too cheap to buy another computer, but because lugging around a second laptop would be a pain. Knowing about the bug though, I downloaded FC1 & 2 and upgraded. You probably think I'm too cheap to hire a servant to carry around my second laptop for me though.
