Umm Paradise have changed the cable pricing since then. Only 256/128 (10GB) and 2048/256 (1GB) is avilable now.

Well reading his site. The missle and and all the plans are no longer with him. The plans are off shore encrypted somewhere, and the missle has been given to someone else.
You are missing his point. He is refering the internal workings not redunacy. The mainframes will double check their working so if errors in the datapath (ie in processor) are picked up and corrected. 80x86 (AFAIK) does not have this kind of checking built into the chip.
At Victoria University of Wellington (VUW) in the Comp Sci there is a hands on paper (Comp 389) where you do a real project. One of the projects that is currently under way is one to to set up a way that lecturers can receive feed back via sms during a lecture. Brief project outline:
1.8 SMS Feedback for Lecturers The Internet has had a profound impact on the ability of individuals to communicate globally. The advent of wireless technologies means that the ability to communicate electronically is now seen as an anyone, anytime, anyplace activity. This project proposes to explore the impact that integrating SMS feedback into lecture teaching has on student engagement, levels of interaction, participation and retention of key concepts. To undertake the study, we will develop a software framework for lecture room computers that receives SMS message input from students, and allows a lecturer to monitor, manage, and address the input while the lecture is underway.
Well Formula 1 teams are hoping to hit 19000rpm with their 3L V10 this year. These engines will not go much faster than 20000rpm becasue the pistons will start going supersonic!!
I was recently I was tutoring a E-Commerce course at university for 2nd year students.Putting stuff online can increase the workload a lot.
For one assignment we gave them a Dreamweaver MX template with the subsection headings put in there so they couldn't change them and they could only write in small sections of the page. After opening this template up showing them what to do on the projector/big screen. We still got people who didn't understand and wanted walking through it step by step.
Then we wanted them to upload to a FTP server for marking. We used dreamweaver again to do this (as we had been teaching them Dreamweaver for the practical part of the course, building a web page). We provided them with a upload tutorial with images of each step and what to type into each box and which boxes/sections not to touch in setting up the site/ftp info. When then also showed them on the projector. And again people didn't get it and had to be walked through individually.
On due time people still emailed the course supervisor about how do they hand in their printed word document.
Luckly it is winter here a the moment. Just have to open the doors and get a nice southerly blowing through and they want have any heat problems. If they did this they might actually have to think about heating rather than cooling:)
The FOTR made enough $$$ to pay for all 3 movies with loads left over as profit. TTT & ROTK is pure cream (profit), so money is not really a problem with this movie project.
Well here in New Zealand our notes are plastic and they are also textured, so I would really like to see on try to copy our notes.
Local calling in NZ is free by law. When the government sold off Telecom they said they had to provide free local calling.

NZ$60 ~ US$40.45
NZ$17 ~ US$11.46
Then might as well state it in terms of 5.25" 720kB disks then get a number 2x as big.

Remember MS said that IE after IE6 will not be avaiable for other version of windows so likely it is running in this VM.
Don't opposites attract?
