    I believe in the theory of nuclear power as a clean efficient fuel source, I fear the economics that lead to companies cutting corners to increase profits. Until the American system of capitalism can include social, environmental concerns in the structure of a company that works with material as this the risk is too high. /paste>

    Okay, I know you deregulation guys are gonna bitch about this but the only downside I can see to this is the shareholders. If the nuclear energy industry can be regulated to where it was actually RESPONSIBLE and not worry ONLY about the bottom line (in a perfect world), and we remove the stigma about nuclear energy, then we might be able to have a good thing here.

    Here's a zany question that keeps escaping me: Why doesn't the major media networks publicize this? I mean, this would have a MAJOR impact on privacy wouldn't it? There's GOT to be a way to dumb it down to where the general public would understand the implications of all this DRM being hardwired into our next gen hardware.

    Okay, coming from a regular guy.. this is my take on it: If their theory that there are 10 dimensions holds true, then the would not be able to explain the theory until they figure out the what the other 6 dimensions are and how they interact with what we know. Only then will we be able to draw this question to a close.

    He was labelled as funny but in fact, with the proper funding, it could be true. Understandably, the economy isn't exactly well poised for such a project but the space race IS heating back up, right? I mean shit, if they're going to produce enough energy to be able to retrofit the new CVNx's in production for rail guns, then they could quite possibly get enough juice (maybe?) for an ion rocket or 2. Anyone ever even been on a carrier? Them bitches are huge! Now all we have to do is get the right people to talking.

    There IS a business model working on Kazaa.. You can find multitudes of pr0n to be downloaded and watched for a fee. It's the files that have the yellow icon next to them. Now only if the RIAA would do something like that maybe they'll turn a profit.

    I can see an ideal use in the business sector. Depending on the cost and the size of the display, you could use it for your powerpoint presentations without dropping $10,000 for a projector and still get the same effect. For those of you that use your computer for music production with a MIDI keyboard, picture setting up a 2 ft. screen over your keyboard instead of having to keep your head on a swivel to manipulate your programs. Keep an open mind on this.. i'm sure there's plenty of other uses out there.
