I'm going to be the odd ball and say I actually like Comcast. I have been using them for an ISP since they took over @Home. I have great service, great download speeds. For the TV, OnDemand and DVR rocks. When I do have a problem, they send a tech out in a reasonable time. I have used their portal for webmail and to look up movie times with firefox, no problems. I did have to call them when I got a new router and have them release the record from the DHCP server so it could pick up the new MAC address.
I'm happy with their service.
