    OMG!

I just have to comment that if two people are using a single module the whole system will crash, are you crazy for using this software?!?!?!

Seriously, not wanting to sound too crazy, this software is very crazy! It would be easy to build in some kind of user-check module into the software (if there is now no present method, building in a lookup log is no effort at all), to check what users are using what module and deny access if it is in use, or to just allow the software multi-access (this may require some more hard work given the software sounds so flawed). Using some kind of lookup-user module would take a progammer less than a day to create, it is seriously easy business.

I suggest you draft a sternly worded letter to your software providers asking for this.

This however is merely a workaround. I have never heard of such amateur accounting software on public market.

    Truely astounded.

That article is a load of BS.

For example "And for the record, beer is not fattening" - yeah right, any absorbton of calories above what are expended is turned into fat, plain and simple.

Remember, there are 7 calories per gram of alchohol to consider above the carbs (I think 1 pint/550ml of beer has around 200 calories in total).

The simple truth is, a balanced diet, mixed exercise and sufficient rest are the way to health. If you have these, beer shouldn't matter.

Oh, I won't even go into their "hops can also be found in teas" BS - only in poncy flavoured teas. Tea leaves are the only ingredient of tea.

The RIAA have dismissed this, as the time the survey was taken was before their recent legal action. Note that doesn't mean the action will work, just this survey is irrelevant for the here-and-now.

But your suggestion a bus hits me implies one lives one's life differently if they consider other possibilities.

One lives one's life as best pleases them (giving to charity is a selfish action etc etc). Self preservation is one of these 'constraints' we usually follow by to live our lives, for what ever reason. So if walking under a bus may end our life, this self preservation preference will rule over our actions.

We are a function of our beliefs and our belief in our constraints, which may be real for our existence. Or not. Who knows?

Suggest has one meaning, it has different connotations, but any 'religious' person who plays upon those connotations is not religious, merely self serving IMHO.

We are only what we think we are... the world around us does not exist in a way other than our perception of it, and there can be no proof other than belief in yourself. Even your memory is in the past, it can change... maybe you didn't exist 5 minutes ago and have had memories implanted?

To realise this gain in cash, investors would just sell shares. Or even, to maintain parity, MS would issue shares to existing shareholders pro rata who could then sell them if they wished.
