I'm a student in High School right now, and my history teacher uses Powerpoint(technology, right?) for notes. I find it extremely helpful, as the notes are displayed instantly in readable text, which is far superior to 'over-head' notes which can be hard to read or notes given from the 'white-board'. Just a quick example...
Getting signed to a MAJOR record label may not be the best course of action... But there are so many other independent record labels out there. Victory Records, Drive-Thru, Rushmore Records, etc. that are all honest and true to their bands. Don't generalize record labels.

I think there are a few games which can be compared to movies. Namely, Bomberman 64, Ledgend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time(beautiful), and Eternal Darkness.
I'm in High School, and am currently enrolled in: Multimedia III, which is a class where you do a bunch of crap with computers in. Such as: Reason, Cinema 4D, Flash MX, etc.:D I love it, as do many others. But that suggestion about Car Audio... Cha-ching.:)
