Can you copy songs from an iPod that was populated by a Mac? I read in the manual for my iPod mini that an iPod wouldn't work with both a Mac and PC. That didn't make much sense to me, but maybe it was just referring to the one-computer restriction.

If you're refering to the Terry Schaivo case, it does not involve "right to die" but rather "right to let die" versus "right to let live."

There is evidence for her desire to live, and the only evidence that she would want to die is a statement from her heartless, cheating husband with a financial interest in the outcome.

One time I had been playing too much SMB3. I got up, walked around the corner and almost ran into my kid sister. My first instinct was to jump up and stomp her. The issue of John Kerry:

National Journal claimed that Kerry is an extreme liberal. This was disputed by many, including Kerry himself. Poole claims that Kerry is liberal but not extreme [link, link], Clinton, Jackman & Rivers say that it's hard to say due to his absenteeism but also that Kerry is not extreme [PDF link].

However, one should interpret "Not Voting" as letting the majority vote for you. Since the majority is Republican, the fact that Kerry often did not vote means that he is effectively the most central of all Democrats, based on all the votes cast in 2003.

I use a similar method. I choose a random key combination that's easy to type by muscle-memory, but shift my fingers over one key to the right. That way I don't even really know my password unless I looked at (or visualized) a keyboard and figured it out. Plus you might inadvertently get some ['s or ;'s or ,'s in there.
