    I jumped ship a couple of years ago, because the alternatives had all surpassed Apple's offerings for a price that I couldn't argue. To say the alternatives are all flawed comes off as very dishonest. I can argues Apple's offerings are flawed, which is why after decades of using Macs I had to go elsewhere.

    Maybe you need less coffee? That would eliminate the chance of you being careless. Maybe something you've eaten is making you cranky? For me it's wheat. Regardless, lighten up Francis!

    And I'd rather have a computer I can take a part -- even if it takes every screw -- than one that's most likely glued/soldered together. It's why I stopped buying Macs.

    This is just speculation, but considering Amazon was paid $600 to setup a cloud system for our government(CIA, etc. )-- link below and owns the Washington Post -- which is an establishment mouth piece -- my guess is that they do give over our info. Anyways, like any corporation I don't hold my breath when it comes to my privacy, so I take steps to hopefully limit what I share.

    Oh noOOooooos. Feelings must have gotten hurt by some overly sensitive moderator. How dare I express a different view point. It must have encroached on their safe place. I'd rather be modded a troll, than continue to go along with this spoon-fed-conspiracy-theory about the Russians hacking, colluding, baking, or whatever our election, that's being forced down our throats by a bunch of conspiracy-theorists.

    I think I'm reading your response wrong? If so, I apologize. I was being sarcastic on the "true" part, as there's absolutely no evidence of the hack, none at all, just an ideological-belief. But if you or others do have actual proof of this supposed hack/collusion, the entire establishment and mainstream media would worship the ground you walked on.

    Quick, report him to the authority! That will be the proof you need that the Russians HACKED the election, which we know is ""true"".. Why? Because Hillary's privately hired security firm(Crowd Strike ), says MAYBE the RUSSIANS hacked the DNC server, which NO NO ONE OUR government has ever looked over to confirm is there's even a MAYBE! And those that say they were MAYBE confident it was plausible, were hand picked and appointed by the Obama administration to give their OPINION on this fake-national-security. But who cares about facts when we have feelings, let's instead use it as an excuse to impose censorship on the web.

    Is scrolling. I'm always amazed as walls of text and adverts fly past my eyes. It's so beautiful when it's even MORE smooth. I don't care about the information, just that I can move the web page up or down with either a flick of an appendage or the scroll wheel on my mouse. I don't know how I EVER made it through life before this became so beautiful...

I disabled JavaScript last year on my phone/tablets and have been whitelisting sites because it's gotten so bad. It's bothersome that desktop sites are still a faster and in general a better experience than these bloated web-aps from HELL!
