Why? West Coast raver for life. Good house DJs. Little to no talking.
I run two 12" JL woofers flat out all the time. Some recordings have more bass than others. Minor adjustments must be made, to maximize bass, while avoiding damage, or muddy sound.
I grow weary of having to reset: radio stations, EQ, crosser points, disable animation.... every time I have to disconnect my battery. Memory is cheap, why is this a still a thing? Hell, just write a small file to the thumb drive that stores all my music.
Don't insure things you can afford to replace. The house always wins. Insurance is for car crashes, cancer, house fires... stuff I can't afford to cover.
1935 Gillette safety razor, shave brash, shave soap, sometimes a straight razor. (all out of fashion before I needed them.)
Various film cameras
Vinyl records / Technics SL1200MKII
Manual transmission/clutch
Quad roller skates.
Automatics, and inline skate are just vile. I do use Serato, and DSLRs.
Require? perhaps not exactly. I have to claim to be out of nails, to get many contractors to buy more. Same goes for glue, utility knife blades, Sawzall blades, grinder blades, chalk line chalk, pencils.... Tool wise carpenters must provide a small truckload of their own tools. (yes hourly/not 1099) You couldn't rent my tools, for my hourly wage. Then there's wear and tear. Especially with cordless tools, and their limited battery lifespan.
Bosses should provide or reimburse for more tools. But, with a never ending supply of desperate, cheap labour, they are unlikely to do so.
High visibility doesn't help at all. Car drivers don't care. Though, if you look like a cop, and they'll violate your right of way less frequently.
My bike is somewhat loud. The stereo in my truck is louder.
Sucks when cheap foreign labor floods in and crushes your wages doesn't it?
I'd feel bad for you, but when blue collar Americans complain about cheap foreign labor, you just call them "redneck", xenophobe, racist...and ignore their issues.
Oh noes, cheap foreign labor is affecting white collar jobs. I'd play my tiny fiddle for you , but I hocked it, because cheap foreign labor took my blue collar job.
Opps mustn't complain about Latin Americans taking jobs in the trades, that's racist.
Complaining about South, and East Asians taking IT jobs is OK, though.
When we blue collar Americans, complain that illegal immigration is affecting our ability to make a living wage, the common response is essentially "Shut up you ignorant racist." Now that it's white collar jobs that are being lost to foreign labor, suddenly it's a major tragedy. Well, 'scuse me if I don't shed a tear for you.
Ahh yes, a fine hack, from my youth. We used to tape Estes D, first stage, engines to a stick, tape some Jumping Jax, Fire crackers, whatever fireworks we had, to that top and jam a fuse in the end. great fun.
0 to 60 in 3.3 seconds?????????? That's just sad, what with top motorbikes doing 0-60 in 2.6 seconds, and middle weight sportbikes, in around three flat.
Still it's nice to see Bill do something with his billions. I mean WTF is the point of having $40bn, if you're not gonna do stuff like this, or drive a diamond encrusted Tatra. Feh you might as well live on a measly 100 mill.
LineageOS, was a good choice, but they have stopped issuing updates for my SIII.

has NOT crashed. Typing is hard
I searched about:config for 'push' Changed a few values from true to false, and buggered up the Mozilla push URL. Has crashed yet. Only time will tell

Word! I hate have to take my eyes off the road, and go through menu levels, just to turn the bass down a little.

I still use hammers. I drive far more nails with nailguns. Usually compressed air powered. A friend swears by his internal combustion nailguns.
Hammers are for setting nails, demolition, or when I have fewer than a dozen nails to drive.

> Un-Chien-Andalou++ Great film.
Yep, still disturbing, after all these years.
Perhaps Disney can do an annimated remake: Un-Pluto-Andalou
