I use hotmail when I'm sure my email address is going to get sold to an advertising firm.
I think their junk mail scanning is pretty good, I check my inbox maybe twice per week and I usually have less than 10 unread emails. Not bad for a hotmail account that has been active for approximately 25 years. I haven't used it for personal communication in around 20 years.
Odd that it took the threat of competition to get better service.
Meanwhile Spectrum just increased my cost by $10/ month with no benefit and in the evenings the bandwidth is shit. My only other choice is frontier dsl.
That's what makes Japan fun and unique, the weird shit they dream up!
I've been there 6 times (my wife was born in Aichi) and each time there's something new that catches me off-guard.
At least the "weird Japan" articles are usually about innocent fun, the "weird US" articles usually revolve around someone being killed in some new way....
In a rural blue area, the people here are clueless to how much government money comes in to help with infrastructure. I'd love to see the federal funds go away and watch the conservatives whine as they find out the true cost of living in suburbia.
Your link about water on Ceres says it's possible it has more fresh water than Earth, not more water than all of our oceans.
The total volume of water on Earth is about 1.4 billion cubic kilometers, around 41 million of which is fresh water. If Ceres' mantle accounts for 25 percent of the asteroid's mass, that would translate to an upper limit of 200 million cubic kilometers of water, Parker said.
A box that is too large requires more bubble wrap as interior cushioning so even moving these these padded mailers is still reducing the amount of packaging material. Yes, it's likely saving money on packaging and it's also saving money on shipping. The saved spaced on the delivery trucks also adds to the environmental savings as less trucks are needed to deliver the product.
As a packaging engineer, finally an article where I'm the expert!:)
Maybe I'm in the minority.. I never saw an issue with someone providing content that I watched say something along the lines of "if you like what you're seeing, please follow me"..
Force Awakens is a feminist movie because Rey was the main character? I think you doth protest too much. I've seen it 3 or 4 times and saw nothing of the sort. My only disappointment was that it was basically a reboot of A New Hope but I thought they did it well.
I started playing when I was 30 so my dominate hand is in the bottom because that is what felt natural. If you think about it from a scientific standpoint, the hand on the bottom is simply the fulcrum. The hand on top is the one that should be responsible for the movements of the stick.
Ice hockey is a bit weird as there are a significant number of "lefties" at the top levels. Youth coaches who know their stuff want the dominant hand on top of the stick which means the player has a left hand shot. It's so lopsided in the NHL that right hand shot defensemen are very in demand.
I wrote a letter to my Congressman. He didn't care about my view, he only cared to toe the party line. The form letter I got in return was full of political bullshit.
My initial letter was basically "since when have the telecom companies worked for the people?"
I just got back from a trip to Japan.. I had my phone open and watched as the trains arrived and departed exactly on time, it was fantastic considering how many trains are moving through the large stations at any given time. Of course delays occur but I witnessed none in my 10 days there.
Yes, they have lines for everyone to wait and be ready... and as soon as the doors open it's a free-for-all. I use my larger American frame to knock people out of the way in Japan when they decide to cut in at the last minute. It's even easier when I've got a large suitcase with me.
LAX seems to have rules that no other airport in America have. They are the only security check to make me remove my laptop from my tsa scan approved bag. I asked why this was the only place to do it and the lady just said "do it now or you will get sent to the additional screening line".

So where the people live. Next thing you know Austin will break from Texas. Florida will split in two.

Can we ask Trump to quit for all the blatantly false things he has said?
I believe Japan is looking to broadcast their Olympics in 8k. The content may not be here yet but it will be by the time the price comes down.
I see air pillows more often than paper.
The padded envelopes I receive are also completely made from plastic.

Are you serious? The guy's twitter rant habit is 75% responsible for the negative press coverage. Self inflicted.
The other 25% is when he opens his mouth.

I never saw Rogue One - so I won't comment.
How can you forget the plot to The Force Awakens? It was the same as A New Hope.
Then you have a very poor memory if you think this began when Trump took office.
Have you played Cards Against Humanity? Have you ever thought that maybe there's some humor woven in to their actions?
My issue with Bitcoin has always been the same, can it be easily liquidated?
.. that would be approximately $1.3mil now.. if I could unload them.
It's worthless to me if I cannot liquidate that asset and turn it into physical goods I actually want, when I want
Sure, it'd be really cool if I spent $1000 purchasing bitcoins 5 years ago
Hey, that SNES classic is for me, bub.
Working

They can't count past the 2nd Amendment.

Their setup is also terrible.
