Wii get it, if you can make a fist you can use it and it is an awesome good time.
Even the bundled/demo Sports title is awesome, you can be as vigorous or relaxed as you want.
Sorry if someone else has suggested already.
If some or all of the CC licenses are flawed then eventually folks will stop supporting them and they will die off.
The same goes for all of the other variously "free" licenses as well.
Personally I'm all for reinstituting the now defunct seperation of Church and State. I'd also like to say that my shooters don't come out until after my son is tucked in for the night and are nowhere to be seen in the morning.
Cheers,

I had the PCjr (2nd machine 1st was a Timex/Sinclair 1000). It was to use the vernacular of the day 'rad'.
Oh yeah had the good, which rocked, keyboard & don't forget those 2 cartridge slots below the floppy drive. Fond memories of hooking up to the TV so I could game & bbs from the comfort of the couch.
So are these unfortunate wretches that were compelled to settle now free to seek compensation from their ISPs?
I would hope that there would be some recourse there .
Way back in nineteen-hundred-and-eighty-six the Japanese had a very impressive Mag-Lev demo train at Expo 86 here in Vancouver.
I remember waiting in line for hours for a thirty to fouty second ride as I recall.
Although the track was only a couple hundred feet long and the speed was low, it was virtually noiseless and soooo silky smooth.
It left a lasting impression with me as something that I'd hoped we would all be using by now.
very loosely paraphrasing from Groklaw...
SCO knew that they'd lose this round and wanted to keep a low profile hence no "celebrity" lawyer leaving with egg on his face
sorry if someones already pointed to it...

Very carefully, I'd imagine.
you're hands would be done after a marathon Zaxxon session. The IntelliVision that did make the list was even worse though.

Will Cola smuggling and Game-jacking be capital offences?
Perhaps they could call the merged entity GooHoo, well it beats Yagle anyway.

No we're just going to rename the country 'Soviet Canuckistan'.
I think that the Canucks might have something to do with that too.
did you check to make sure that you aren't releasing any of SCO's IP before you posted?
I'd ask the umpires & linesmen (linespeople?) to put in a good word as well, not just the referees.

Later SCO will claim that this is the same server that held the only copy of their moutain of evidence and all of their source code too.
Could there be friends on the inside of SCO trying to send a message to those on the outside?
