    As long as you don't travel so you aren't exposed to higher prices elsewhere, and don't mind being surrounded by slaves who grovel for one or two dollars a day. Sounds horrible to me.

    Sure, that works for mobile (I guess). Although at that point why have the user enter their phone number at all? It is already known, presumably they can map the IP (or whatever they use), to the mobile phone number automatically. We do have a Open Standard for auth, oauth. Unfortunately it doesn't generate revenue for the various conglomerates that track your every move.

    People like theodp and a lot of the guys here don't like exposing children to code, because they feel that it threatens their jobs. They think Code.org just wants to flood the market with programmers. No, I am NOT kidding.

    That is possible, you might have extremely bad taste in movies. You can also use the "Audience Liked" score instead. Usually if both scores are low the movie is really really bad. Or if both a high, the movie is usually good.

    Exactly. That is what the flight to IaaS/SaaS/Cloud is. It is a way to extract regular rent from customers in order to keep the company CFO happy. CFOs like regular monthly revenue for their planning.
