    Actually the reality is quite the opposite: the worst employees get laid off and they try to keep the best with retention bonuses. They fact that you have "apartment mates" at your age is very telling.

    How can you investigate when the people are using Tor which prevents it? You have no right to be anonymous.

    I agree. No one is above the law. If you use Tor you should pay the price for your malfeasance. Every computer should be registered with the authorities and be remotely accessible and its physical location should be quickly identifiable.
