I worked for a company that sold web filtering devices primarily to schools. The school admins spent more time hunting down proxy sites, web proxy sites, figuring out how to block kids running SSH tunnels off their home PCs and tunneling with putty on a USB stick. The web filter did awesome, until you got one smart alec in the mix and taught everyone else how to bypass it. THEN you start in on locking down the PCs with GPOs, adding layer 3 filtering for external proxy sites, prohibiting any unknown executables from ever running (yeah, makes those self-extracting printer drivers fun).
Whoever decided that it would benefit hockey to have everyone the same handedness is a flipping buffoon. There's a huge advantage to having people that shoot left/right on different parts of the ice depending on the play.
That being said, hockey is one sport where there are tons of people that usually write right-handed, bat right-handed, golf right-handed, but shoot a puck left handed.
You also need to mix a couple of common household components into it to stabilize it (Lye, alcohol, and water?). One of those end-times apocalypse shows showed how it was done.
Coincidentally, the State of IL just got done announcing they were effectively doubling the cash AND IPASS prices for their tollways. Guess they have to pay for Quinn's political favors to the transponder vendor somehow.
I'm going to be pissed when I'm doing something important for work on my phone, when it's suddenly hijacked for 45 seconds while a shrill tone plays, then tells me it was only a test.
You forgot to insert the part about "UNMARRIED men... get laid." The rest of us poor schmucks thought we were getting a good deal when we bought the cow.
Ever had your cell phone sitting next to your PC, and you know 20 seconds before it rings that it's about to do so because your speakers start going nuts? Now, imagine you're landing in IFR conditions and a phone rings... Bad ju ju COULD happen...
It does, as long as you have asshat companies like "The Nielsen Company" that relies an antiquated methods of tracking viewership. Internet streaming, DVR/VCR viewers are completely omitted from the stats.
Yep-- I laugh when people sit back and say racing isn't a sport, doesn't take any physical strength, etc... I have a brother-in-law that races in the "below ARCA" asphalt circuits. It's basically amateur racing with a decent car... He spends 3 days in the gym a week just for keeping his upper body in shape for handling the g-forces.
Correction: "The death penalty doesn't work ". If we actually convicted people, took them out behind the courthouse, and hung them right away, it would work much better than 50 years of appeals...
Umm, genius, there are these things in laptops called fans... If you force air out of one orifice, physics dictate that you must have an intake, or else you have a perfect vacuum that would eventually crush the entire laptop.
So, given we can't violate physics, small particles of ash will eventually get sucked in where they get stuck.
Exactly... No trust = suck it up and pay for the damn employee to watch the servers....and if you're not willing to pay well, be prepared for that person to leave in two years after they've seen no growth potential in your little mom & pop get up.

Glad I'm out of that business.
Shaving left handed... No thanks. I use a straight razor.

Awww, I hit a nerve with a libtard.
CORRECTION ^ don't read...
Looks like the libtard babble from Digg. There's a reason I read that shit over on that site. Leave it off Slashdot.

Microfiber cotton "terrycloth" wipes do that to me - the kind that kind of snag your fingertips no matter how smooth or clean your fingers seem to be.

Wow, they do their own network reporting? Perhaps SMTP?

Notice the VMWare tool icon in the systray -- No way someone would do that w/o being able to do a snapshot rollback ;)

Thanks for the opinion... You may now go back to viewing American Idol and Jersey Shore.

"The Cape"? What a piece of shit show...

Bah, wasn't logged in...
Ahh yes.. Telewriter-64! Remember that one?

That's what I was pondering... 99%+ of the heat energy on the Earth is from the sun... Now beam in more. Suuuuuuuper idea.

Not to mention the fact that the Roman's practiced slavery all across Europe before any Africans ever were sold into bondage.
Let's kick it up a notch... Since I'm of German and English heritage, I demand reparations from Italy for what their conquerors did 2000+ years ago.
