I know, this is Slashdot, but didn't anyone look at the linked page? You know, the one that starts with "Each Vita Craft pan handle is embedded with an RFID computer chip..."
It relies on the wheel being partly off the ground to move forward, so it won't work with round wheels. The way this works lies somwehere between controlled falling (walking) and rolling. And as stupid as it sounds at first, it does seem to be simpler than either of those options.
So... Assuming it's 3um tall (a guess based on the picture) Also assuming that it's a rectangle (it's not - someone can feel free to take this calculation a bit futher) The volume of the robot is therefore 4.5x10^-14 m^3 So we get ~55,555,555,555,555,556 robots to fill an olympic size swimming pool.
Dr. Sondheim was indeed being held prisoner by
Darren Cross, president of Cross Technological Enterprises, who needed her expertise to correct his own heart condition. Rescuing her and defeating Cross...
So, let me get this straight. Ant Man defeated a guy with heart problems? Wow. That movie sounds like a real winner...
That's not it at all.
It's about money.
Why sell four blade razors when they can sell the 3 blades first. Then a few months later they can turn around and sell you a brand new razor.
Blueray is really more of a stepping stone along they way to get to ultraviolet. Why pass up the oppritunity to sell you a blueray device, and then sell you an ultraviolet device further down the road? They make more money this way.
Seriously. The FBI never takes too kindly to civilians 'helping out'.
He can wave goodbye to all his computer equipment. And in about a week's time, he'll be complaining, and starting up a paypal account to pay his legal fees. But really, how can you not see this coming? He's just asking for the FBI to pay him a visit.
Hate to break it to you, but those are new words too. Someone made them up, used them, and they made it into the dictionary.
So why not newsertainment? Yes it sounds stupid, but only as stupid as docutainment, or infotainment
Hmm... I think you're right.
I was never very good at counting syllables. I can tell you that at the time, I was thinking "Geeks" was 2 syllables, but I guess I was wrong.
I'd change the last line to "Geeks and their haiku"
That's what I'd say too if I felt the urge to leap off a cliff. Whee!!!
I was looking forward to the Revolution too, but now it just seems like someone is trying to run Nintendo into the ground.
...why did I even bother to come here today?? You would think I'd know better by now.
How did this get modded informative?

Throw them both in the face of whoever gave them to you, and go buy a hamburger?
...maybe that's just me.
An olympic swimming pool has a volume of at least 2500 m^3 (from the rules & regulations found here: http://www.fina.org/rules/FR/rules_fr3.htm)

Better double check your conversion from m&m to um&m.
It should be 5 000 um&m's
No, no. We can't have any of that 'reading', or 'learning' ...these are standardized tests sfterall. We can't condone those sorts of things.
If you're going to correct spelling, at least get it right. "They're still out there"
Thank you. So i'm not the only one who thought that.
expecting everybody to communicate essentially in different languages
No problem, It's a well known fact that speaking loud and slow can overcome any language barrier. So...
JUST
USE
ALL
CAPS
one word: earthquakes

Yes, but we need more environmentally friendly doomsday weapons. That way, after we kill everyone we... err... nevermind.
And lets not forget that
A = B is always true
A == B on the other hand...

Thanks for that announcement. Why anyone felt it was important to announce this to everyone on slashdot is beyond me.
Of course not. They use war buoys.

Good job... you managed to slashdot the last remaining page on the net.
...bad
...just bad. Don't know what else to say
It would seem to me that two users = twice as likely to crash.
And this is windows we're talking about. Imagine the downtime *shudders*
No thanks.

i suppose i should have inclided some line breaks in there...
I just don't get it.
What is this obsession of
Geeks and Haiku?
