    "impressive visual experiences while maintaining idle power consumption under 100 mW"

    Qualcomm's 7200 already maintains idle power consumption under about 50mW on HTC devices even with screen drawing power. Of course, the claimed "impressive visual experiences" on this chip can't be verified since Qualcomm/HTC neglected to provide any drivers and their chips run slower than 4yr old hardware. Turns out to be a licensing issue, not a technical issue.

    So depending how nVIDIA prices their chip, we may once again get more devices with "impressive visual experiences" not-yet-enabled.

    in Japan nobody uses SMS. Phones send/rec proper emails with a proper email address. Costs start from 0.9yen, going up to 2-3yen if you send 5000 character mails.

    The 1st version of VHS had longer recording times
    The 1st version of Betamax had better video quality

    Both evolved, and the winning version of VHS had longer recording times AND Betamax video quality, and that is what the customers wanted. Betamax had introduced longer recording times which reduced their video quality, thus lost. So in the end, VHS was "better" in every dimension.

    You the manufacturer sells your bit to your 6mil retailer for $10 each (volume discount). They sell it for $15.
    You sell to smaller buyers for $11 each. They sell it on ebay for $12.

    whose fault is it the guy with less costs in a more competitive marketplace undercuts the retailer? YOU, for not giving a bigger volume discount.

    What? What planet does he come from? Ever tried to find a feedback form on a major software co's site? And don't cheat by using the sales enquiry area. You may get a pay-per-incident phone no. at best. And hope that you don't get placed on hold.

    My ADATA 150x speed SD card runs benchmarked 0.8MB/s, slower than my Panasonic 10x speed SD card at 1.2MB/s.

    I wonder if this Samsung speed relates at all to the HD speeds? Cuz I know HDs REALLY can read 15MB/s in REAL LIFE on FORMATTED disks. No flash tech so far has ever published real life speed yet.

    That IS the problem. Why can farmers halfway across the globe in Australia grow AND transport crap to the US cheaper than locals? Maybe drop all farm subsidies so the lazy farmers can get their shit together and be more efficient like when other places dropped their farm subsidies.

    The real reason is farmers are powerful politically, so you all pay more for food to keep them happy (and lazy)
